Great place off the beaten path with wonderful bay views. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. We stayed five nights total and enjoyed two beach days (five minute drive to Morgantown Beach), a day riding bikes at Gulf State Park, and a day touring Fort Morgan. Check-in was easy and property expectations/policies were clearly communicated and reasonable. Great stay!

This place is very close to Sassy bass, kiva dunes, and public beach access. The views are great. We enjoyed the pier for fishing and star gazing. I hope we stay here again and again.

Nice Property

Such a lovely property & great experience. Check in was easy, place was very clean especially considering it’s a pet friendly rental. Property manager was super responsive & friendly. Kitchen well stocked with utensils. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Great home layout & views were fantastic! Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Perfect for couples & pets

We have stayed at Fort Morgan several times, this house was pefect for us and our 2 dogs. Stayed 2 weeks and felt at home. House was clean, master bed was very comfortable, fishing was great, seen dolphins everyday, unbeatable sunrises/sets. Great location to beaches, food, ect. Pets had plenty of yard space. Would stay here again. Couple things to note:Master bedroom opens to porch area so not 100% private to the rest of the house.Secondly house is currently for sale. Property manager & VRBO made sure we did not have any interruptions during our stay for showings.

Thanksgiving staycation

Yearly getaway

Stayed here last year and this year was no different.. It was amazing for what we come here for, our golden doodle Bailey loves the property, there is a new house right next door that wasn’t there last year, but the owners very nice and it didn’t bother us at all, just a great place to come and relax and think.. just lovely!!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home on the bay. The property is just as pretty as the photos, clean, and convenient to beach access, and not too far from Gulf Shores. My booking was confirmed right away and all the instructions were easy to follow. We would definitely consider returning.

Great getaway!

We really enjoyed the quiet, peaceful location yet so close to the beach, historical sites, gulf shores and restaurants. There was some problem with access but management was very responsive and helpful. We had problems accessing the wifi and again, a quick response. The split unit in the sun room leaked and we were able to ensure that there was no damage. Management responsed well. Loved that everywhere you looked, you were surrounded by water and beautiful views. The elevator did not work and we could not figure out how to turn the back stairway lights on for safety so we used our flashlight. Just offering simple feedback for future. We would definitely recommend and hope to return!

The house, property and DOCK were just what we needed to make a week of amazing memories. The house had everything we needed, the host was easy to communicate with and the views are amazing. We loved being able to fish and kayak right off the dock. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice home; multiple disappointments

We rented this property primarily for the boat dock & lift pictured; however a decrepit and unlicensed boat with a damaged motor was in the lift, obviously purposeful so that guests could not utilize it. We can go to a boat launch at home. A trailer sticks 2 feet out into the drive; thus unable to park under the house. The elevator lift supposedly "broke" 10 minutes upon our arrival and fire pit usage was a break of contract. The linens and master shower had numerous long black hairs, disgusting; thus I had to do laundry and clean upon arrival after an 8 hour drive. The wash machine control panel had an issue leading to frustration. Multiple kitchen dishes were dirty; again had to wash before usage. All obvious disappointments. The house appeared to have been recently updated and was very nice despite the above mentioned issues. The enclosed "porch" area provided a beautiful view and they allowed pets with an additional cleaning fee, ha.

Location is AMAZING

Love this place! The kitchen and bathrooms were so nice! I didn’t care for the fact that the main bedroom did not have any type of door 😳. Also, the furniture was pretty but we never could get comfortable when it was lazy time. I suggest changing furniture for comfort instead of style.

Mobile Bay Trip

We had a great stay ! The property was wonderful and quiet. We brought down a small boat down and caught some fish everyday. Redfish Speckled Trout and Flounder. If your looking for a quiet place away from the hustle and bustle then this is your place to stay !

It was our first year traveling south in the winter and the property worked out great in location from town, being on the water and an amenities standpoint. Jodi was very responsive and along with Melissa worked to accommodate a special request that we had. That was very much appreciated. Definitely a place we'll consider if our winter travels return to Gulf Shores.

House is located on the bay, with awesome views. Great restaurants near by yard is very pet-friendly. The elevator is very useful for move in and groceries. Only downfall is construction is ongoing next door with a 7am start time ( new house construction next door) over all the property is a great value and well-kept.
