Paradise

The condo was beautiful and clean. The rental host was wonderful to work with. The Plantation is a wonderful family place we've been going to for 28 years. If you want to stay at a quite peaceful place this for you. There are nice restaurants within 5 miles.

Resort was lovely - this unit needed a little attention

We thoroughly enjoyed the property. The pools and covered areas were so nice, and boardwalk to the beach was also nice. Our unit was in need ot some work, and looked a little rundown.

2023 Summer vacation

The property was lovely as always. This was our 2nd year on this property. However, we stayed at The Palms this year, where we stayed at The Dunes last year. I didn't realize the difference until we got there. The unit we stayed in needs some TLC. The majority of the outlets in the bedrooms didn't work, light bulbs were out, the curtains were rigged up in the living room where we couldn't slide them open to go out on the balcony, the batteries in the remotes were dead & that's if the remotes matched the TVs, which most of them did not. The sofa bed's mattress should be replaced as it's nothing but springs. The unit was very clean & the property was very well maintained. We won't be staying in the Palms again as the Dunes is a much nicer place & better maintained for sure. Both units were the same owner, so I assumed the units would be maintained in similar fashion, but they were not. The outdoor pools were warm in temperature, but it was very hot outside, so that was understandable. Regardless, I will still return, just not with the same building.

Perfect!

Beautiful location. Clean condo with a perfect view. Beds were very comfortable. There is a restaurant on site was delicious. There is a dollar general a mile or so away that was actually stocked better than the Wal-Mart in gulf shores. Jackie was very helpful and quick to answer any questions. I recommend anyone thinking about staying here to book it. You wont be disappointed.

Relaxing Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family vacation of 4 adults and 2 kids. We were all able to be together, but have our own space at night. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast, swimming in the pools, and spending days on the beach. Everything you could need while on vacation was in this very clean condo!

Annual Sisters Trip

We were able to check in an hour early which was helpful because of the groceries we had. We would recommend the unit provide floor fans for those of us that get hot, especially at night. Make sure the televisions have working remotes and also look into hooking up the ice maker in the freezer - it doesn’t make sense to have a non- working one in the freezer and make occupants go down and purchase freezer burned ice. We ended up driving to the Dollar General to purchase. Other than these few issues the stay was awesome and if you rent beach chairs and umbrellas - Taylor at the SunCoast Beach Rental at the end of the boardwalk was very attentive. Would most likely stay at the property again. Betty the property manager was also very responsive and accommodating.

Exceeded expectations!

Great clean space for a family of 5 with plenty of space for everyone. 3 balconies! This unit is on the end of the building so it provides quiet, private space. Jack and Jill bathroom was perfect! Will definitely return to this unit! We love Fort Morgan and this is our new favorite condo!

Great stay

I have stayed with this property manager the last 2-3 years . Great communication. Well equipped . This year we had an issue with the washer and dryer . They had someone to look at it within 24 hours . Unfortunately, it was a holiday weekend , so it was beyond repair . The property has a laundry room next door , and they even reimbursed us for laundry money. This kitchen is very small , but has all basic supplies . There is no ice maker , but there is ice by the pool you can purchase. It was the perfect place to rest and unwind for this nurse that has been going nonstop since Covid . We can’t wait to Go back next year . Will definitely book with Jackie and / or Mel next year !

An Amazing condo with a beautiful view!

This condo was everything I had hoped for and more! There was lots of space with the three bedrooms and two bath.There were three balconies that each had a view of the beach. The main balcony had a perfect view that could be seen from the living room and kitchen. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful view. The master bedroom also had a perfect view of the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked great! The kitchen had good counter space and a pantry. The furniture in the living room was comfortable as well as all of the beds. The condo is on the corner of the building which made of very private and quiet. You also have a view of the bay from the front door of the condo. It was a short walk down to the beach and the pools. There are elevators and stairs close by. There were rolling carts provided for loading and unloading the luggage. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. The condo is out of the hustle and bustle of town but close enough to go eat and explore. There are some good places to eat out on the peninsula without having to drive into town. Everyone person we met here was very nice. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. Our stay here was amazing and we will definitely be back!!!

Good Time

Pretty good. Indoor pool wasn’t clean. The door locks don’t work. Would be nice to have more toiletries in the room. We had a good time though.
