We booked this condo, very last minute, after having a horrible experience at a different condo building. The whole last minute process of booking and arriving went incredibly smooth, and they were even able to accommodate us for an early checkin. The condo itself was beautiful and so roomy. Our family of 5 enjoyed the space, and the kids even found some beach toys to use! The two couches allowed all of us space to relax. Seawind has some great features- indoor/outdoor pool that was mostly-heated(March), a splash pad, and share tubs where the kids could use beach items and return them when they are done!We will be back here again!

The condo was very clean and up to date. The bedrooms were a little smaller than I expected. If 6 adults were to stay there it would definitely be cramped. But the location was great. The hosts were super and getting in to our condo was a breeze. They answered any questions you might have.

Short getaway

We enjoyed a few days away in this lovely condo. The location was great and the view of the ocean was excellent. Staff around the grounds were nice and friendly too. Will definitely come back in the future!

Hot Time at Gulf Shores

The condo was well equipped, clean, and a perfect location. The weather was extremely hot at the time so time spent in the A/C was equally important. Enjoyed all the necessary amenities and the 4th floor balcony looking at the beach below.

Beautiful Beach and Condo!

We have stayed here twice now and will definitely stay here more. The condo is clean and well-maintained and located in a great part of Gulf Shores. The bed are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with everything need to cook there and not eat out. Lance and Stephanie are fantastic hosts and very responsive to communication! They even provide beach toys, books and games to keep the kids entertained! Love this place!

Great beach side condo for long weekend

Our family of three enjoyed our stay. The beds are comfortable, all of the amenities we needed were provided, elevator was quick and easy, grounds maintenance was impeccable, full time security on site and friendly, easy to use/remember condo door lock, quiet building, beautiful view (saw dolphins one morning from balcony), loads of beach stuff to use. I was a bit confused when the check in instructions said to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels, but everything was provided. To be fair it wasn't the 'best' toilet paper, but it did the job. Maybe instructions from awhile ago? All in all excellent location for our family!

Beautiful, Relaxing, yet Fun

Lance and Stephanie's property is wonderful and provides for a relaxing and beautiful stay. Anything you might need is provided and the condo is located on a great spot directly on the beach. We all enjoyed the easy access to an outdoor pool and the beach just steps away, as well as all the fun shops and restaurants within a short walk or drive. Don't hesitate to book this great condo. My kids have been begging to go back almost from the day we left!

Gulf Shores Condo

This unit is everything as advertised and more! The condo is beautiful and fully equipped for ANYTHING you might need when at the beach! The unit was spotless and all appliances, furniture etc were new and nice, down to the cute beach themed towels in the bathrooms! We definitely would come back and recommend to others! The owners were very accessible but there was never a reason to contact them except to tell them that we loved staying at their condo!

This condo was perfect for us. Closer to the beach than it appeared from the photos which made for a very enjoyable experience. Lance and Stephanie Berl’s attention to detail provided everything we needed, and they were very responsive to our questions. A lovely place to spend a week on the beach.

Anniversary getaway

My husband and I stayed at this property for our wedding anniversary. Clean, spotless clean! Newly renovated and very comfy furniture and king bed. The view was amazing, being on the fourth floor, you could see the shoreline and ocean from sitting inside the condo. Very relaxing weekend. We visited many restaurants that were open, during covid. We picked a destination that would have open restaurants. Very family friendly condo and area. Will definitely visit again!

Absolutely LOVED when we walked in the condo, I could smell how clean the condo was! Put my mind at ease with this pandemic going on. Only issue we had was the WiFi. Owners respond quickly to messages. We had a fantastic time!!!

Beautiful Condo with amazing view!

Very impressed with the unit we rented! Immaculate, nicely decorated, very roomy and fit the 4 of us comfortably with room enough for 6. Was equipped with everything you would ever need including some really nice extra touches. We will definitely plan to stay here again!
