The den is well-appointed with a flat-screen TV, providing all the comforts of home. In the fully equipped kitchen, you'll find everything needed to craft delicious meals, with seating for four at the dining table and an additional two seats at the bar.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed and a flat-screen TV, while the second bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin-size mattress on top, along with another flat-screen TV. The unit is furnished with wireless internet, a phone, a DVD player, and a washer and dryer to enhance the convenience and pleasure of your stay.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, there is a minimum stay requirement of 60 days (two months). Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

You must purchase each parking pass, with a maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and no pets are allowed.
