Minutes from Orange Beach, on the west end of Gulf Shores, you'll find this beachfront property is uniquely positioned to provide easy access to the best restaurants and entertainment, while offering a peaceful, serene environment while "home."

    Adjacent to a bird sanctuary with miles of white, sandy beaches, the corner unit offers a private balcony, direct beach access, as well as an outdoor pool, indoor pool & hot tub. The outdoor balcony is perfect spot to begin and end your day. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while watching the dolphins play in the surf.

    The master space features one king bed, tv, and chair, along with a private bath/shower and toilet, with separate sink/vanity area, hair dryer, along with with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, closet, with a second bathroom nearby. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa, decorative chairs, and beautiful wooden shutters which can be adjusted to provide the perfect view. The coffee and end tables are well appointed with lamps, and a few games and books provided. The small hallway houses a child sized bed to allow for extra convenience. Stackable washer/dryer unit located in the hallway.The kitchen has an electric stove, coffee maker (both traditional and K cup), microwave, and refrigerator. Cookware, bakeware, and dinnerware all provided. Several barstools lining the counter make for the perfect spot to have lunch after a long morning on the beach. Central heat and air. Linens provided.

What a nice experience! The location of this condo was perfect. The views can’t be beat, especially looking east toward the pier. Perfect for families, couples or for a girls trip!

Beautiful beach getaway

Condo was amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony while having our morning coffee!! Even seen dolphins! The host had great communication with us as well! Highly recommend this place!

The property is very basic. The decor, appliances, furniture are minimal. The king bed squeaked loudly, the toilet is loud in the spare room. The dead bolt was broken and felt very unsafe, being next to the public beach. The property management and security was very nice and helpful. The faucets are very cheap and hard to use. The drains barely drained in the master bath. We could not use the pool the first 3 days, one elevator was out for 3 days which made it stressful. The pool was a real bummmmer considering the amount of jellyfish. The property management was very attentive and helpful. The property in general is just run down. We paid a lot for this and was very disappointed, almost 3500 for 6 days!

Great view and beautiful condo

I wanted a beautiful trip with my kids and that’s what I got. I could not have asked for a better view of the beach and the condo was nice and clean. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Excellent location, adjacent to State Park, more room to spread out on beach. Condo w plenty of room for whole family. Clean beach. Close to all attractions. Safe property with eyes on parking lot. Our family’s BEST VACATION EVER!!

No complaints about the condo. Exactly as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the elevator was being worked on the whole 4 days

Great location! Great Condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four! Located right on the beach... with no high rises beside you! Condo was clean and very up to date! Loved the views from the balcony and windows! Love the layout of the pools and boardwalk to beach! Will be back!

Great location for a family vacation

Tammy was very responsive to all questions before we booked and after we arrived. We were very happy with the abundant room and cleanliness of the property. Everything we needed is close. The beach, grills, pool, state parks and fishing pier or market are on property or a short walk. The morning views are amazing with the unobstructed view of the sunrise, state park and pier. Highly recommended.

Personally I think the stained sofa takes away from the overall appearance. A new sofa or at least a slipcover would help the looks and a coffee table or ottoman would be a great addition also. Aside from that it was very nice.

Perfect Family Getaway

This condo was steps from the beach. I could sit on the balcony and watch my son swim. We could see the sunrise and people hunting crabs with flashlights from our unit. Every room had a view. The elevator was fast and check in was a breeze. Just open the door using your code. This was a corner condo, so we were able to see almost every view. There are 2 separate bedrooms plus 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Tammy was only a text away when we had a question. We definitely will return to the Royal Palms.

Great stay!

Location was perfect! Check in was easy. Carts were available to load/unload car. Foot traffic was minimal. Best part was the location and view! We have a four y/o so the short distance from room to beach was great. Will book again next time!!

Family beach vacay

Our family enjoyed this quick trip to Gulf Shores. We always like this building bc of the state park next door limiting the crowds. This unit with the extra bedroom made our stay comfortable. Great window views and sunrises.
