Great location, updates needed

The location and area were wonderful. Communication and response times were good. The condo is very worn and needs some work. More towels and other amenities would be nice. When traveling, you don’t want to have to pack the basics. Also, something inside the door to catch the remaining sand would be helpful so it’s not tracked all over the condo.

Run down rental thats rarely maintained / maybe best location in building with direct view of Gulf .Windows never cleaned and SGD to patio broken and almost inoperable. Bring towels ,toilet paper . AC only reaches bedrooms when doors are open . Carpet , sofa's chairs never cleaned .

On the beach

Being on the beach was the best attribute for this property. I normally do not leave detailed negative reviews, I prefer to message the owner so they can take care of the issues, but this property is not managed by the owner. The property appeared to be clean upon arrival but we quickly found the floors turned our white socks and feet brown. The glasses and silverware all needed to be washed prior to using, the kitchen sponge that was available was used and dirty. The unit has a musty smell and the primary bedroom was always hot.The outdoor dining space(balcony) had to be put together so we didn't bother to use it. The door to the balcony is very difficult to open and close. Living room furniture needs a refresh one chair feels damp and sticky and also has a faint odor. Overall the unit needs a deep cleaning and a refresh. The view from the balcony was amazing but the view alone would not be enough to get me to book the unit again.

We loved the view and the location. However, the furniture is very bare bones and one of the chairs was clearly not very clean. As long you keep your expectations low about the space, I think it's fine.

Rough Start

Everything about this condo screamed cheap motel except the price. The only thing the HOA was firm on was an extra parking spot.

Affordable and Convenient

We did enjoy staying at this property. It was affordable and located a very short driving distance or a mile walk to some of the best destinations. The beach was super nice and the pool was adequate. The house did need upsating. There was a leak in the master bedroom window that let in the hot breeze the entire time. We could see the breeze blowing the curtians. It was miserably hot in the room. The furniture was also visibly struggling. With that being said, overall, the place was a great value and very comfortable for our family.

Very convenient stay

Property was very nice and close to everything. Very clean besides a few thing I’d let you know you of just in case (but no major issues!!). Dishes that were in drawers were dirty so I had to clean beefier using. The guest bathroom air vent made a horrible noise (maybe needs to be changed)? Sheets were full of sand before we got in them and some pillows didn’t have pillow cases. Maybe could use a broom in the room? The vacuum was good to have but harder to use than broom for sweeping up sand. Overall really great stay!! We enjoyed

Gulf shore 2022

Our experience was good. The first night we arrived to broken water pipes in the parking area. We had water but the floor laundry area dis not for the majority of our stay so we had to go to the laundromat. We did let the property manager know and they said we would be refunded something due to the inconvenience. Overall our stay was great clean, and a beautiful view.

The view from our balcony was amazing. Easy access to the beach. Close to shopping. Just slightly dated but clean and in a great location. I would stay there again.

Not what I thought

Condo needs a desperate update. The furniture is old and smells old. You would pull out a plate or glass and it was disgustingly dirty. Elevator was broken twice in 3 days, pool was so dirty when we first arrived you wouldn’t want your kids swimming in it. Someone did clean it the third day we were there. Felt like property was way over priced for what you got.

Gulf Shore Vaca

Awesome location, easy parking, loved the 3 bedroom 2 bath. Cleanliness could be better and provide more trash bags. Comfortable beds! Wish laundry was inside units! Definitely needs updating along with the building overall maintenance . Elevator broke 3x but we used stairs . Our code did not work nor were there any parking passes but easy phone call resolved issues. Easy access to beach and friendly environment - overall we will come back for sure !
