    Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo is the best for your family!



    Our condo is perfectly situated on the 15th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



    Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and a 50" HDTV in the 3rd bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queens in the 2nd bedroom and a Queen and twin trundle in the 3rd bedroom for sleeping up to 10.



    There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.



    There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

    Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $65 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Spring Break trip with our 4 preteen kids. The space was great, good location, fantastic view. The kids loved the pools and the water slide. Had a relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very satisfied with this condo. When we got there there was a problem with the tv in the family room had issues with lines through the picture and would randomly turn off. I reported this and they brought a new bigger Tv the next morning. The power went out with a storm but came right back on. Michael was our contact and he responded quickly. Very nice condo and the mattresses we very comfortable. Will stay here again.

Fantastic Property

This place was amazing and the perfect location for our multi generational vacation! Everything was clean in our unit and the condo employees were always cleaning the public spaces. Beautiful views, easy access to beach and restaurants, and the kids loved the pools. Would definitely recommend going here.

Millertime

Miller Cousins from Tennessee gathered with Miller cousins in Alabama for family reunion. The weather cooperated, accommodations were nice, we had lots of time to visit.

As beautiful as it looks !

We were thrilled to see the condo was just as beautiful as the pictures showed. There was a ton of room and we all had our own spaces. The building was beautiful and perfectly located. After seeing other condos (in other "hotels") our other family members stayed in, we were so happy and relieved we chose this property.

We LOVE the pool for kiddos. Access to beach is great and overall location. Love that each room has its own bathroom and plenty of beds and space.

The unit was beautiful. It was exactly as described. Only issue was ice maker in bar needed filter changed. We reported it and were told it would be fixed the next day but no one ever came to replace filter. Will stay again. Beach was steps away from property and pools were great for little children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Already talking about booking for next year!

Enjoyed a quick soccer weekend

Condo is great! Could use a few extra blankets and items to keep clean while guests stay (ie counter cleaner for after cooking and eating, and a scrub brush to clean dishes after cooking).
