Our first trip to orange beach was wonderful. This was a very clean and comfortable condo and the resort was great! The owner was easy to communicate with and was very nice. If we return to this area, we will rent this condo again!

Outstanding View and Beautiful Condo

View of Emerald Green Water was amazing. Condo is on 2nd floor so very easy to use the steps versus elevators for convenience. Condo was furnished beautifully and was very spacious and layed out nicely. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils. Close to restaurants and grocery store. Bed was very very comfortable and had nice tv's in the unit. Highly recommend!

Pheonix properties never dissapoint!

I have stayed in Pheonix condos lots of times over the last 36 years, they have always been the best and the condo we rented looked to have been updated recently, that only added to how pleased I was by choosing that particular unit at Pheonix 5.

Phoenix V u211

We are snowbirds and have stayed here for the 2nd snowbird season and enjoyed it so much. It’s relatively quiet during the week and gets a bit more active on the weekend but nothing that is annoying. The unit itself is very well appointed from the furnishings to the very comfortable king bed. There are more things in the kitchen that what I have at our home! The pool (indoor and out) are awesome as is the lounge area and racquetball area. We didn’t use the pickle ball or shuffle board courts but saw some who were really enjoying them. The beach walks are a must and could be done almost everyday of our 2 month stay!

Small but Mighty Condo

This one bedroom condo packs a large punch! The unit is the perfect size for a quick getaway for two. Comfy, cozy, and nicely decorated. The kitchen is functional for quick meals and full on cooking. The bathroom is nice and has been updated. The bed was super comfortable as well. We have a great stay and will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits to the coast!

AMAZING CONDO AND LOCATION

First full week vacation with our toddler (3 years old) and this was PERFECT! Phoenix V is great for those with younger kids because of the splash pad, pool with a 3' shallow end that goes all the way to 5', and easy beach access. The walk to the beach is short which is a plus. There are multiple stations along the boardwalk to wash the sand away so we never had to wait. I love that they fly the American Flag at the pole at the end of the boardwalk every day - a plus in our book! There are bathrooms just inside the doors at the pool which is very convenient. There are vending machines as well if needing a drink or snack. We never made it to the indoor pools other than to look but love that option is there had been a rainy day. This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. The washer and dryer especially came in handy. Furniture is comfortable, the views are awesome and we LOVED being on the second floor having a younger child with us. The bars on the patio railing are close enough together we didn't have to worry about him slipping through and there weren't any large gaps to be concerned with either. Plenty of room for our family of 3 to hang out on the patio. We ate meals out here as well and enjoyed the views. Even with plenty of people at the pool below us noise levels weren't over the top, just your usual chatter amongst people. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for our stay. We brought snacks but ate out for our main meals so we didn't use anything in the kitchen really but if we wanted to cook, all the stuff was there at our disposal. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower area. I appreciated the two hooks on the back wall of the shower to hang towels/wet clothes/etc. The bedroom was perfect for us. I do have to give the comfortableness of the bed its own paragraph however. It was one of the main selling points for me before booking this condo and they didn't lie. That was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. So much so that I ordered the same pillows to be waiting on us when we got home and I'm looking into getting the same mattress and topper. I NEVER sleep through the night and usually lay awake for a couple hours once I do lay down. Once my head hit the pillow, I was out within 15 minutes and never remember waking up a single time through the night all week. I was so REFRESHED when I woke up from a good nights sleep. It was AMAZING. No joint pain, no neck pain, it was PERFECT.

Was mold around living area vent in ceiling. Elevators were horrible long waits so we took stairs. Went down stairs one morning to find a dirty used tampon on the first step. Definitely could use some updating, and alil cleaning!!

Family friendly condominiums

We really enjoyed our stay in our cute one bedroom condo. It was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Our two year old really enjoyed the slide and splash pad. We would definitely stay again!

Adorable condo right on the beach! We absolutely loved staying here and the splash pad was perfect for my daughter. Close vicinity to everything. We will definitely book again.

Fantastic location and view!

Amazing Views!

Had a perfect 3 night stay at the Phoenix 5, the views and surroundings were amazing!! The condo was beautiful, from the minute we walked in we had a feeling of relaxation. The decor of the condo makes you feel like you are definitely on the beach. Bed was very comfortable and the kitchen made making meals so easy. The gem is really the view from the balcony, any time here is well spent!!

Awesome time in this great condo

We really enjoyed our 6 weeks in this awesome condo. The place is very well stocked with everything you need. The view of the beach, gulf and pool is great also. The parking garage was closed for most of our stay but it wasn’t an issue as there were plenty of spaces in the parking lot. Since the weather was cold on some days we used the indoor pool and the racquet ball court. The beach access was the best and promoted daily beach walks (usually barefoot!) We’ve already booked this condo again for next snowbird season!

Absolutely Perfect!

Phoenix V - 211 was nothing short of perfect! This condo is located directly above the east end of the outdoor pool with a beautiful view of both pool area and beach. If you're a cook, they have everything you'll need for a gourmet meal or just a quick lunch/dinner. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire condo is tastefully decorated. The patio furniture is in excellent condition. I might also mention the patio sliding doors open and close with ease as well as lock easily. That's a plus for me since I've stayed in so many that have issues with closing and locking. This is keypad access which makes it so much more convenient but you do need to check in at the lobby for your parking pass and the young lady that checked me in was extremely nice and a pleasure to deal with. I'm sure all Phoenix's offer the "grocery cart" or "buggy" as some call it, but it was new to me and it came in extremely handy! If you're looking for a nice place with all of the amenities for 2-4 people, I highly recommend this one!

Very cutely decorated beach comdo

My 2 adult daughters and I planned a beach vacation together before the pandemic hit and were very happy we were still able to go. The condo was very clean, conveniently located on the 2nd floor near the stairs and came with a reserved parking space in the garage. We felt very safe. The condo was beautifully decorated with a nice beach vibe and the bed was extremely comfortable! I wanted to bring it home with me! A great little place to stay and enjoy the beach!
