Nice condo

We enjoyed our stay and the condo was as described, but being someone who has stayed in many rentals like this before, this was the first time we'd ever experienced having such limited basic supplies that a vacationer really shouldn't be required to buy (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry/dish detergent, salt & pepper). Little niceties like that really add up to alot for families.

Great Retreat

This condo was perfect for what we needed. My husband and I came with my parents so it was nice that we each had our own room and bathroom. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and the furniture was very comfortable. We really took advantage of the balcony as well. I was pleasantly surprised that when we walked in it was just as nice as the pictures showed, which is not always the case. I would definately recommend!

Almost perfect!

The property is nice and the view from our room of the beach was amazing. I am not one that gets to go on vacation often and this I saved for months to be able to afford. The only thing I knew nothing about was parking. I guess this was because I have never stayed at a place like this. Our room number was not on any of the parking spots, but we had a tag to hang from the rear view mirror, so we picked a spot with no number and hung our tag. I don't want to sound like I am knocking anyone, however I have been in the cleaning business, for hotels and private homes. Your property can only be a clean as the people who are doing the cleaning. I really had a good time but I was not happy when at 8:00 am someone knocked on my door like.....I don't even know. It scared me at first. He said he was with Beachball Properties so I opened the door with the chain on. He said he had a work order to change the filter in the a/c and check the sliding glass door. Against my better judgement I let him in. He did not change the filter by the way but it is in the closet where the a/c unit is. He checked the back door and said he would have to come back because he did not have the tools to fix it. He then told me he would come back after we left as he could tell I was uncomfortable with him being there. Back to the cleaning crew. While we sitting at the dinning table playing cards one of the chairs just collapsed. It would have broken if someone had cleaned under there. I still had a good time.

Great stay!

Lovely property right on the ocean! It was great having an indoor outdoor pool option available for the kids on days. It was a little chilly. The property was quiet at night and we were able to easily Navigate the property in the areas around. Will book at Beachball again the next time we head down to Gulf Shores.

Condo Great, facility & building meh

The condo was nice and had everything you would want. The view was great. Condo clean. I would prefer an actual blanket on the beds instead of just a thin coverlet...Also, would be nice to have a drain stopper in the kitchen for washing dishes. The indoor pool is kind of dingy. Unfortunately, the sauna, game room and fitness area were being remodeled for the first 5 days of our stay, which was the reason I chose this specfic location. So, that was a bummer with the cold, rainy weather and two 17 year olds! Rental property manager offered a lame email and didn't follow-thru with another response.

Perfect Spot

This place was perfect. Just steps away from the beach. Super quick and easy to get up to the rental from the beach for lunch or break from the sun. Quick drive or walk to restaurants. The Pier 33 Market across the street is super convenient. Rental was clean and staff was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

August 7-10, 2023 stay

Beautiful setting. Condo very nice. However, many of the kitchen utensils were not clean. Couldnt find mixer - just the beaters. Potato peeler was worthless. I realize not everyone cooks while here, but for those of who do, its disappointing. Also, changed pillows in master bedroom to use the ones meant for pullout. The king pillows were like sleeping on nothing.

A Refreshing Blue Oasis

The weather was really bad the week we were there so we spent a lot of time at the condo. Fortunately, the condo was as nice and clean as the website said it would be. It was not the trip we envisioned but we still enjoyed our time at the condo, the local restaurants and in Gulf Shores.

Perfect ocean view

This place was just as it looked in the pictures. It is up on the 11th floor which provided great views of the beach. Very easy beach access and perfectly located for night fun on the town. The only thing I wish were different were the linens, towels, and bedding. They were all so scratchy and stiff. Like a cheap motel quality. Not something you would expect for the price you pay to stay. There weren’t enough pillow cases for all of the pillows and the beds were extremely hard. We didn’t rest very well at night but everything else was perfect and nice.
