One of the best penthouse stays yet!

Our stay was excellent. The place was clean and it was very spacious. Being able to wake up looking at the water was refreshing. Watching the sun rise from the balcony was breath taking.

Family vacay!

The Penthouse was beautiful., roomy and comfortable for our family of 9. We love The Beach Club and will definitely stay here again

Beautiful Condo at a Great Location

We had a couple little hiccups upon arrival but the maintenance team responded promptly and everything was taken care of in a timely manner. The condo was very clean, roomy and tastefully decorated. The balcony space is amazing and offers a spectacular view of the gulf. We will definitely return. Thank you for memorable vacation!

Beautiful and spacious with perfect views!

This condo was a great place to call home during our extended November stay. Beautiful and spacious bedrooms gave us all room to spread out. Loved the large dining table where we gathered with friends to eat and play games. The pantry in the kitchen was nice to be able to have a place to keep groceries out of the way so our space stayed tidy. Would definitely love to stay here again!

As a group of four senior couples the Bristol Penthouse 4 was the perfect condo.

This condo has a very spacious living area and is perfect for 4 couples. The kitchen area worked great for our needs. The balcony has the most beautiful views and the furniture is perfect for relaxing while eating breakfast every morning as you take in a glorious sunrise from East. Thanks for another great week of rest and relaxation along with the opportunity to take home a nice tan.

Great ocean front penthouse

Very clean, spacious condo. Stunning views from the enormous balcony on the 21st floor. We had a great time walking the beach, ebike rides, sunset cruise, seeing the blue angels, eating at fun restaurants and just hanging out on the balcony listening and watching the waves. All 8 of us loved it!

The condo was perfect for our family.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our family. Everyone had their own space and comfortable bed. We had a problem with the washing machine and your maintenance man was very prompt in repairing it. The only disappointment was that the ice machine did not work. We hope to return next year!

Bristol PH 4

Best place we have stayed at on gulf coast! Parking was fantastic - never a problem. Never had to wait long on elevators. The condo was as great as the pictures showed. The kitchen had lots of cooking supplies and we were able to cook several nights. The furniture on the balcony is top-notch. Beds were comfortable. The property itself is secluded and we took advantage of the restaurants on property several nights.

Fall Break Couples Retreat

Great condo for 4 couples. All bedrooms had king size beds, which was a definite plus for all the men. The kitchen was fully furnished. The deck was spacious and the view was spectacular. We all loved the gliders! The temperatures were much cooler and we had a couple of rainy days, but the company and surroundings made all that much better. Hoping to rent this condo again.

No Toaster In Kitchen

Nice Big Clean Unit. Doesn't Have Much Handicap Parking. Only About 8 Places To Park. WiFi Worked Well. Long Drive to Restaurants And Grocery.The Blue Angels Flew Over Daily Which Was Great. Secure Parking And Quiet Building.

This was our third time staying at the Beach Club and our first time in this condo unit. Our stay at Bristol Penthouse 4 was amazing! We ended up with only six adults and it was absolutely perfect for our needs, but would have been great had we had four more people as well! We especially loved the balcony and the elevated furniture out there that allowed us to see over the railing. The rocking chairs were a BIG success and used every morning and night! The views were spectacular! The bedroom and bathroom combinations were ideal and we had plenty of room to spread out! I would highly recommend this condo for any large number of people who want to stay together, but don’t necessarily want to BE together 100% of the time!

Extended visit full of fun and perfect weather!

We had the best month at Bristol PH4! When we arrived at the end of October, it was peak season for butterflies! They were everywhere around the property! This is our second time staying in this unit and it felt like home. The space is wonderful and there was plenty of room for everyone. Each bedroom having it's own bathroom is especially nice. I love how the kitchen has the little pantry for keeping your groceries off the counter and out of sight. There is not a bad view in the whole unit! When you walk into the living area, that view is the first thing you see! Both masters have access to the balcony as well with the beautiful view. The furniture on the balcony is so comfortable! We loved sitting out on the gliders each day. We also enjoyed having meals outside at the dining table on the balcony. We hope to stay here again in the future!

PM ghosted us on issues during our stay.

I’ll start by saying the unit is amazing. The top floor PH views are awesome. The problems with this unit are - 1) the air conditioner would not get lower than 80° at the hallway thermostat position. In the living room with all the windows it was 85°+ 2) the water coming out of the tubs on three occasions was brown. 3) I emailed the PM about these issues and did not get a reply. Before I would book again I would make sure the AC has been fixed. Our stay was July of 2022
