    San Carlos is located right in the heart of Gulf Shores, just a short walk to some of the area`s favorite restaurants, shops, and attractions. Spend the day at the beach, then explore nearby favorites for seafood, live music, and family fun...like at the historic `The Hangout`.

    With the beach just steps away and everything Gulf Shores has to offer nearby, San Carlos #503 is the perfect spot for your next coastal getaway.

    PARKING Information:
    >Per HOA regulations, a maximum of 2 vehicles is allowed per reservation.
    >Parking passes must be purchased directly from the front desk upon arrival.
    >Cost: $60 per pass
    >Swim armbands are also issued to guests when purchasing parking passes.

    SNOWBIRD RATES:
    Available for long term (30+days/monthly) between November-March. Rate: $3000/month (not including taxes or damage fees). Email directly to setup.

    CLEAN BED GUARANTEE:
    All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! We have partnered with Kristie`s Cleaning, another local based small business to guarantee our guests have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, bath mats and makeup towels! We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

    WHAT WE STOCK:
    As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and 2 rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, there is 1 round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. We also provide full coffee bar supplies and basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil. These stocked amenities are intended to get our guests through the first night. We are not a hotel, so we do not provide housekeeping or amenity restocking unless there is an immediate need. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

    RPM RENTALS PROMISE TO YOU:
    As a small local business, RPM Rentals is committed to making sure our guests have the very best vacation experience!! We make check-in super easy and we guarantee our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have direct access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! We are local and we can offer the best insights to local restaurants and fun activities for all ages of the family. We look forward to helping you have the most wonderful vacation possible!!!


    House Rules:
    ● Must be at least 25 years old to rent. Renter should be present at property at all times and responsible for other guest members. Rental agreement must be signed.
    ● No 3rd party bookings. Must be a named person on booking. The name on booking must match the name of person signing rental agreement and name on credit card used for payment.
    ● No Pets! Only certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American`s with Disabilities Act). Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the property alone.
    ● No smoking. No parties.
    ● Note: Parking is Paid On-Site on Day of Check-in. Parking is NOT included in the reservation. Guests need to be prepared to pay on day of arrival.

    DAMAGE PROTECTION
    Instead of charging a security deposit, RPM Rentals charges a non-refundable $125 fee, which included in total Airbnb fees, that covers up to $3,000 for damage at the property as a results of your acts or omissions. Please see house rules and the rental agreements when you book for outlined details about how the damage waiver works.

    -Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 staying at the property must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Age verification is required to book the property and also sign a rental agreement.

    -No pets are welcome in this condo. No other service animals are allowed without prior approval from the Host. Discovery of pets at property will be grounds for eviction.

    - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.

    - All guests shall abide by the community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 9:00am.

    - No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere inside of the condo. Smoking will be grounds for forfeit of security deposit.

    -No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. No large gatherings or parties allowed. Any parties will be grounds for immediate cancellation and eviction from the condo, and no refund.
