This was a fantastic property for 12 guys on a golf trip. Access to the beach was amazing, kitchen stocked with every utensil you could imagine, beds were very comfortable although the bunk room is definitely made for kids. We had no issues with anything really and was impressed with water pressure and hot water. Layout of home is very good for such a large group. 10 out of 10.

Perfect beach house for a large group! Everything about the rental was wonderful. There was plenty of room for our large family, and we were able to bring our dogs, which was great. The house was spacious, clean, and well-stocked. The views from the multiple balconies and decks were pristine, and the beach was located just a few steps from the back door. The adults were able to keep an eye on our kids playing on the beach without leaving the house, which was convenient. As a bonus, the shore fishing was wonderful, and we caught several fish species just a few yards from the property.If you are looking for a pet-friendly beach house for a large family, this is the one! We will be renting this property again!

Squad Days at Fort Morgan

Loved this property. The giant deck was a huge hit...we spent tons of time out there. Proximity to the water is the best we've ever had. Loved all the seating in the main living area...perfect for our large group. Never felt crowded at all. Kitchen was set up well for a lot of folks. And the bunk room was the HIT of the trip with our younger set. They LOVED it! Check in was smooth. Property manager was friendly, professional, and accessible. They were prompt to respond when we needed help. Awesome in every way.

Truly, Steps to the Beach!

Our family and friends, composed of 15 adults from 25 to 75, including a one-year old, experienced a great time at Grand Paradise!. Descriptions and photos accurately portrayed this lovely, spacious home, featuring an amazing kitchen and eating area, with plenty of room for our large group. The two lengthy tables and large gathering area invited this game-loving group and became a favorite indoor spot for all.But, for all beach-loving groups, this was a beautiful spot. Just steps from the spacious deck, the softest white sand awaits. We took two pop-up tents and stood them together at a slant and maximized our shade. The few times we decided to drive in to Gulf Shores were no problem; it's worth it to have less people in Ft. Morgan!!!

Family gathering.

Our family rented this house for my moms 80th birthday. Overall the property was perfect. It was really spacious and the private drive helped tremendously. We had several vehicles. Loved the bunk room for the kids. If I had to complain it would be that there was only 2 closets in the whole house and even in the master suite there was no where to hang your clothes. It could have been cleaned a little better. Sand in some of the beds, outside and underneath the house was not cleaned at all. But it was nothing we couldn't manage and had a wonderful time. Will stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation

The house is beauty although it is a little dated. We did have an issue with ants around the kitchen window above the sink but nothing to panic about. Overall the home was an 8/10

I rented for golf team and parents for senior team golf trip! It was perfect for us.

The property was simply amazing!! Proximity to beach was awesome! House had great floor plan and very spacious! Would love to rent again!

Not the best stay for thanksgiving

Stayed at grand paradise thanksgiving week for 6 nights with family, 8 adults and 6 kids. Plenty of sleeping space. Loved being on the beach in a nice neighborhood. Lots of room for 6 cars. Large kitchen, lots of seating (sofas are awful). This house does need some tlc though!! Many issues during out stay…. Upstairs air conditioner is awful. I read this in other reviews and figured in November we would be ok. Had set for 70 and would not get below 80-85 even with it being 60s outside! Couldn’t imagine house in the summer!! Let management know about issue and repair guy was able to recharge unit and it helped but still not perfect. Tried to open a window to circulate air since it was so hot and we discovered the windows are not correctly installed. Bottom pane falls out if lift up. Saw many of the bottom windows have a screw to hold in place! Kinda scary! The bunk room felt old in there, kids avoided it. There was a hole in ceiling at top bunk with pink insulation coming out. Management also fixed that issue. Lastly, small part of the kitchen ceiling came falling down! There was water spots on ceiling and we didn’t think anything of until it came falling down! Once again management was quick to send out repair guy. It started to swell up again before we checkout out so think might fall again. Must have plumbing issues! These issues really did affect our stay at grand paradise. Hate leaving negative reviews but would definitely never return!

Perfect house!

This was our first time to Fort Morgan and we loved the area. Very peaceful and pretty! House was perfect size for our family of 10 adults and 2 pups. Very well stocked and nice set up. Could use a few cosmetic updates and more comfy couches but overall lots of seating, space and very cute. Nice community and steps from the beach! Beautiful beach - we were even treated with a mini blue angels show one day. Only complaint would be the linens. Towels very thin and small. Sheets did not fit beds too well. I would bring my own next time.

Big house, suitable for multi family vacation

The main floor and porch at the best part of the house. It fit our family of 20 quite well. Access to the beach was perfect. Pool and tennis courts nice. However, we were not comfortable with some parts of the house. The main floor and any room facing the ocean was so hot, the air wouldn’t cool the house down until 8-9pm. And we still needed to run the fans at night to keep the temp down. Seating was great but the couches were dirty and worn down. The bunk room was cool for the kids but dirty. And roaches were the visitors of the week. I wish that more time would be spent cleaning the house and replacing worn out furniture, bedding, etc. The house has a lot of space, great access fo the beach, two refrigerators. A lot of good. But we won’t be returning because of the cleanliness.

Satisfying and relaxing

Property was as advertised. Well stocked kitchen, great location, good condition. We had a couple of minor issues during the stay and the responsiveness from the property mgmt was exceptional. Wed definitely stay here again.

The most wonderful weekend stay

We loved this property! We are already hoping to return next spring. The house had everything we needed. And it was soooo close to the beach. We could see our kids playing right from the chairs on the deck. Fort Morgan is the perfect beach, secluded so not so much traffic but close enough that you can head into orange beach for anything you might want to do. This was great for our family we had 4 adults and 13 kids and were totally comfortable. We all loved it!

Beautiful beach house!

The house was very clean and beautiful! The beach view was perfect as the house is directly on the beach. The property manager was very responsive! The only issue we had was that the beach access was right next to our house which would have been fine but people would pull into the driveway thinking it was a parking area for the beach access. We had to ask someone to move their car as it was a private drive. We also had people walking under the house to the beach instead of using the beach access area. My daughters shoes were stolen from under the house because of this. It was not the property owners fault but beware that many vacationers have no respect for the location of this house so watch your things. Besides that I would recommend the house to those wanting a nice beach vacation.

Great space and VERY well supplied kitchen

Great place. Plenty of space and probably one of the best supplied kitchens we have ever stayed in. 2 fridges was a plus and 2 big dinner tables. Great back porch.

Excellent beach front property

We rented Grand Paradise while attending a soccer tournament as well for team bonding. The accommodations were perfect for our 25 people from the bedrooms to the two large dinner tables and seating area. The girls loved the access to the beach as well.

Very nice place

Great property, everything you could need is included in the property. Step from the deck to sand with direct beach access. Only recommendation is to upgrade the couch. With a place that holds 26 people the living room would be a main gathering area, the couch is just rough. But, the other amenities made it not a big deal.
