The ground cover from the back steps to beach need to be pruned. My daughter stepped off wooden steps and stepped on some landscaping and got about 10 stickers in her foot. The furniture and kitchen utensils and pots/pans need to be replaced. The location is good and the pool was a great size for the children.

Overall is was okay

Great location! House needs some upkeep but it's not bad. You can tell they've been putting bandaids on problems. Probably wouldn't rent here again but we did have a comfortable vacation and were overall satisfied.

Family Vacation

The property was great! Good location and easy parking. When we first checked in the pool was not clean but we contacted property manager and they took care of it. The living room furniture was broken down and the kitchen had some wear and tear, but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Restful week

We stayed at this property for a week with our two young kids and with one other family. The house was absolutely perfect for us! We especially loved the pool and the beachside location. Our babies were able to go inside and take naps while we enjoyed the pool and double porches. We never had to sacrifice

Spring Break Family Vacation

This property was wonderful! No complaints at all. Close enough to shops and restaurants but far enough that it’s quiet. Having the pools and private beach access was a huge plus!

Great ocation but the property needs attention

Pros: the location and the beach were amazing. The waters was great and locwtion to restaurants and stores was perfect. Cons: dirty carpets, water stains/mold on ciling, huge hole in the ciling of the dining room, marks on multiple walls, broken dining chair and items around the house (decorative and blinds). Cooking utensils and pots/pans were old and flimsy. For exame: the pasta spoon would bend when trying to take pasta out of water. When paying this much for a rental youd expect to have at least the necessities and it to be clean. Tried reaching out to the property manager and never got a reply so reported it to vrbo and then manager responded the jext say ssying they would have maintenance look at the items. But that was it. We made do and the beach and location made up for it... so we made it work.

Great location and beach access.

The property had the accessories we needed for the pool and beach, as well as the kitchen. Smaller children really enjoyed the 3 foot pool. The place was comfortable for our family.

Bad wrather

You can’t control the weather we had terrible storms for two days. But the property was as advertised, and the beach was gorgeous even had very powerful waves. I will say the couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable, but all the beds were great

Vacation 2022

The house was perfectly located. A few things that were hard to use (like the back door). Swimming pool was all one depth which wasn’t satisfactory to this kids. Beautiful and perfect otherwise

In need of repairs. Over priced

Spindle on stairs broken. Screws came out of bed footboard and fell off. Kitchen chair leg was broken and glued back on but came off when moved. Back door wouldnt stay shut. Largest roaches i have every seen. I killed five . Showers were dangerous . Slippery. Daughter in law feel . Ice maker was locked and could not get unlocked.Down stairs bedroom has soft spot in floor by deck door.Dryer was noisey and kept pinching clothes and tearing or leaving black marks.Upstairs air conditioner went out but Chandler was a lot of help got someone there and repaired in a few hours. He was very helpful at that and checking in. I have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years thru vrbo and for what i paid for this one it should have been in better shape. Very disappointed and do not recommend staying there.

Amazing location

This place location was amazing! Spacious place with a communal pool that you share with the next duplex unit. The place wasn’t as clean as expected, some of the doors were hard up to open, and was missing some extra amenities like extra toilet and paper towel roll, dish sponge, and bowls which is why the 4 stars rating. But being beachfront was super convenient and nice to have a private beach space. Hop to the beach then back to the pool with a shower to rinse off the sand! Plenty of parking and can fit like 4-5 cars.

Overall Satisfied but Updates Would Be Beneficial

The property overall worked well for our group. This was a great location and close to everything we needed. Pool was great for our kiddos since it was 3 ft deep across the entire length of the pool. Access to the beach was close and easy. We were situated in a spot where people staying across the road liked to cross over to the beach so there was ample pedestrian traffic around the pool area. Cleanliness overall was good. We did have a few roaches so it was important to take out the trash daily. The property could use some updating and a little more attention to detail when it is being turned over from one group to the next. For example, the upstairs bathroom had a total of 5 lightbulbs - only 2 worked. The AC vent leaked condensation so the floor under it had water damage and the boards needed to be replaced. I could only figure out how to get one channel on the TV in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen could use a few new appliances, cookware, and utensils. There was ample wear and tear simply due to probably the number of guests staying in the property. We did stay at the end of the summer so these items may be addressed in the offseason. Overall the stay went well. However, I don't know if I will stay at the property again.
