Great property. Unit 1103 dated.

Loved the Beach Club overall, but our unit was dated. Pros: AC worked great! Loved the 11th floor views. Coast restaurant food was excellent. Cons:Both bed mattresses very firm and uncomfortable. Master metal janky bedframe wasn’t even attached to headboard leaning against the wall. Towels thin and threadbare. Curtain rod screw in primary bedroom came out of the ceiling first day. I texted property manager who said she would send maintenance to fix it. Never came. All the tvs are small and we couldn’t figure out how to watch regular tv. No instructions at all. It may have been Roku, but whatever it was it was not user friendly. Toilet flapper in primary bathroom kept sticking and we had to lift lid to fix it.

spring time trip

Property was clean and great location. Would have liked the showers to have grab bars. Toilet was leaking some water through the old flapper, but Maintenace was quick to fix. Then the flapper wouldn't go back down after a flush, had to lift lid the push flapper down, could of called Maintenace but didn't won't to have to wait around, wasn't a big inconvenience. Went on a fishing charter and caught more fish than I can eat, sharing with family. Ate at the restaurant and the food and service were great as all the places we ate at.

Very old, uncomfortable furniture and bed. The actual furniture in the living area was so big and cramped that we had difficulty moving about. We are small people. The dinette set is so oversized that it was hard to pull out chairs without bumping into the bar. The bed linens were old, thin and did not fit the bad mattress. The top came off the mattress every night. The towels were also old and worn. We only had one bathmat. There was no cutting board, few coffee mugs, all mismatched. I would never stay here again; and I believe it is well below the standard we have experienced at The Beach Club in previous years. The entertainment center looked like it was made of cardboard. Literally!

Much needed R & R

It was just a nice R & R place to really enjoy the Gulf air and sights. Smaller bathroom not really anything exciting and the kitchen utensils to cook were cheap. Overall 4 of 5.

Girls’ Trip 2024

Loved staying from Sunday-Sunday. Easy check in and check out. Loved the lay out of the 2 BR. Would suggest taping down the sectional rug under the dining room table because one corner is very easy to trip on. Also, the bathroom down by the pool was being remodeled so we stayed at the B pool most of the time for convenience. We will be back again!!

Long weekend

It was nice, slightly outdated furniture. Had all the basic things you need. The location is nice but very out of the way to restaurants and things to do. If you’re coming to do nothing, it’s good. If you like convince of being near things, it’s not the place. But overall, it was fine.

Spring Break 2023

The Beach Club in Ft Morgan is a beautifully kept property located away from the more crowded Gulf shores area. It has a guarded secured entrance, plenty of parking, club house with amenities, several pools, and easily accessible beachfront. We've stayed here twice in recent years and we would not hesitate to book a condo here again.

Perfect Home Away from Home

Our condo was beautiful with the most amazing views. The resort was full of families, but overall, they were respectful and quiet. Each night my family and I sat on our balcony playing cards while listening to the waves crash ashore. We saw the Milky Way from our balcony! I would absolutely come back!

Nice but dated

This property was nice and clean and everything was in working order. However, the beds felt like cots. Headboard in Master bedroom was just propped against the wall. We were there for the beach though. Not the condo.

Great vacation place

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Perfect location. Realtor sent us information in a timely manner. Super easy directions to follow to get into condo. Just never got a response when I emailed with a question. But overall was a great experience.

Excellent Condo, just needs attention to the master bed.

The condo was very clean. The only complaint is the bed in the master. The mattress was very comfortable and the linens were great, however, the bed frame was not attached to the headboard, as the headboard was just leaning against the wall. There was no rug under the bedframe so it was small metal legs on a tile floor. Every time you turned over in bed the legs would squeak against the tile. We placed wash cloths under the legs which remedied the problem but again, kind of a hassle. Also, since the legs had no grip on the tile, every morning we would have to push the bed back up against the wall as during the night, with tossing and turning, it would inch away from the wall. We had a great time, but a little more attention to the master bed would make this property outstanding!!!
