Family Beach Trip

My family of 8 stayed in this 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath for the week. It had plenty of room and everything we could think of. Loved the balcony every morning and evening. We had a great trip did not want it to end.

This condo was amazing and so nice! Great place to stay! The dryer makes noise and doesn't dry very well but thats all. Nothing to complain about! Beautiful place and hope to visit again!!

Great room and view

This condo had tons of space- 3 bedrooms each with a bathroom and a half bath in the hallway! The view is gorgeous, love the patio furniture that was tall and sturdy. The living room furniture is not as pictured (couch is now a white fabric couch but comfy) and two smaller leather recliners (they were comfy but didn’t take up tons of space). We loved the view from floor 18. Kitchen has literally everything you could need except only 1 set of crab cracker things. Our only complaint was that maintenance came unannounced twice at 9am to fix issues we hadn’t been told about. A heads up would have been nice.

Great Family Vacation

We had 5 adults and one child with us and the condo was awesome! Each room has their own bathroom plus another half bath so this was AMAZING! The view was spectacular and the pool and beach were beautiful! Having the restaurant on site was nice too. The activities for the kids was a great plus and we enjoyed the atmosphere and food at the food trucks located within walking distance. I definitely recommend this condo!!!

Nice Condo

Descriptions were accurate. The place is very nice and newly renovated. The balcony is awesome with a spectacular view of the beach. The pool was super nice and so was the master bedroom. We had a few inconveniences, however. The window in the kids room (twin and full size beds) leaked in so much light from the condo hallway even with blinds shut. We had to cover it with a blanket. Additionally, the water did not stay warm throughout our showers and the water pressure was very low in the master bath. Finally, although the rental document stated such about only being given starter supplies for toilet paper, it proved to be a greater inconvenience than expected. I've stayed at properties that despite only being for 2 people, they provided ample paper towel rolls and toilet paper. This property had one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All of which did not last long. Would not have been a huge deal except that the vicinity of the condo is pretty isolated. Nearest real store is about 20 minutes away. We did not have sufficient room in our cars to be packing replacement toilet paper and paper towels. It would just be nice to come somewhere and stay the whole time. However, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and we were able to cook several times while there. The beach supplies and beach towels were also nice to have. Overall, a lovely property that I would return to.

We Will Stay Again

Loved that it was away from the hustle and bustle. Great pool and easy access to the beach. Rooms were comfortable. We did have maintenance out to repair one guest toilet. No worries because there were three others in the condo. I would recommend adding plastic ware to your grocery list. Just not enough utensils in my opinion. We had a great time with our grand babies and making memories.

Beautiful resort and the view was amazing.

Beach Club is a beautiful resort with gorgeous beaches and pools. Avalon 1808 was very spacious and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed that the location was in a quite area but not too far from shopping and restaurants. My only complaint would be that the unit needs a deep cleaning but the grounds were spotless and beautiful.

The furnishings are only average. We requested lightbulbs for the kitchen and bedrooms, and batteries for the remote. We never received them. The mattresses are in poor condition. The beach is marvelous. Kitchen is poorly outfitted.
