15th floor view WOW

Very relaxing on the beach and lanai. Great food, great scenery, and a large outlet mall! As an added enjoyment, my wife spent almost 4 hours at the day spa!

Beautiful view from balcony.The only thing that was disappointing, the condo had a very mildewy smell coming from the a/c unit. And under the a/c vent in the secondary bedroom had mold on the wall.A/C was finally cleaned toward end of the stay.

SEVERAL THINGS IN NEED OF ATTENTION

Beach Club Resort we love it here and condo was beautiful, beds comfy and kitchen well stocked with nice nice dishes, pots/pans and small appliances Attention. LR fan remote needs batteries 2. Guest Bdr tv remote needs batteries. Light under microwavedoes not work. We enjoyed our stay and Ty for letting us rent your condo. We will be back. We come every year. If you are looking for a nice place to stay. Rent this condo. It is awesome Debbie & Larry doesnt work.

A perfect retreat for fun and family

We stayed in this unit for one week during our son's baseball tournament. The unit was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed during our stay. It also had very comfortable furniture, especially the beds. I highly recommend this unit for your beach vacation! The Beach Club, where this unit is located has several pools, quick access to the beach, a few restaurants, and outdoor grills. It was nice to have all the extra amenities during our stay.

Great stay

Great stay. Our family of 5 fit comfortably in thos condo. Short walk to pool and beach, never felt the need to pay the extra for the indoor resort pool. Had a question for housekeeping and they responded almost immediately. The view from the balcony was great! Definitely would recommend staying here again in the future. We were there 4th of July week which it was very busy but after Wednesday morning it cleared out alot and more spacious.

Great Condo

This was our second time coming down to the Gulf Shores area. We enjoyed the condo and the amenities. However, we were very disappointed with the communication with the owner. We are a family of 5 and needed bedding for the pull-out couch, which was nowhere to be found. They kept saying isn’t in the condo, there weren’t a lot of places it would be, and we never found it. We had to do makeshift bedding. The condo was beautiful. We did have to pay more for the clubhouse, but it was worth it. We went to the Hideaway Restaurant twice, which was a little disappointing. The poolside grill was good. There was a closet outside the condo where others had left beach toys which were fantastic for our kids (5,7,9). Overall it was great just disappointed about no bedding and the communication.

The property was much older and smaller that appeared. For the amount we paid. Tile on floor loose and cracked. Safety hazard for the little ones. Toilet in master overflowed and was clogged. Grill outside on balcony did not work.

What a view!

For the most part everything was great! Pros: Amazing view! Cleanliness was fantastic, everyone on the property were friendly and kind. The decor wasn’t overboard beach theme which is always nice. The beds were super comfortable, and again I can’t say enough about that beach! Wow! We were able to check in because of the weather, which was also a plus. Cons: the property manager was at times hard to reach, played a lot of phone tag and just over all seemed overwhelmed. When we called it told us to email and when we did the email didn’t work. Everything worked out fine, but it felt like we didn’t know anything going on until the last minute. And we were driving from northern IL. A curtain rod fell on my husband, while he was trying to move the curtains in the room our kids were staying in. He was able to secure it, but might want to tighten that up for next guests. The dryer door swings open and if not careful you can hit your head on it. Again, just an annoyance. The showers barely got hot, it was about 50-60 degrees each day and when we wanted to take a hot shower, it was cold. This isn’t really the people who own it’s fault but the beach house is rather expensive to do anything. We swam for about an hour and it costs almost 40 dollars a day to do so. The outdoor pool was closed due to construction on the building. It’s a charming little place and we had a good time regardless of the minor things mentioned above!

Everything was incredible!

The owners thought of everything. The property had an incredible view. It was clean and had everything you could want. My wife could not stop raving all week about how much she loved the property. I loved watching dolphins and other aquatic life right from the balcony. We will be back again next year!

Not Senior friendly, no COVID precautions, entry and exit difficult.

Entry time 4:00 pm, arrived at 5:30 to find long line waiting for elevator. Limited numbers of carts available. Four elevators available but one was out of order. Elevators were crowded, no one wearing masks. Our unit was clean and adequate, not exceptional in any way. Found glass top to refrigerator meat drawer at bottom was missing as was one shelf. Glass shelf found under sink but no hangers. To assure that we were not charged with damage we emailed maid and manager immediately to notify of damage, as they directed. Neither contacted us during our stay. Manager called after we had departed and said parts were ordered for the refrigerator. Manager said she had so many units to manage she couldn’t be aware of every detail. When we departed at 5:00 am we went down for cart to help transport luggage and none were available. Other guests must have taken carts into rooms overnight. Had to make three trips from 15th floor to transport luggage, food, etc. to car. We chose the Beach Club because of proximity to family members in a house nearby. This is not a venue appropriate for seniors at this time of year.

We were very disappointed in how close the beach chairs were to the ocean. It leaves no room for the majority of guests who choose to bring their own chairs.
