A perfect family vacation

We had a great week. The house was wonderful. One thing we truly appreciated was that the house was equipped and stocked as it needed to be for 19 people to stay for a week. There were at least two of everything we needed ... laundry rooms, dishwashers, refrigerators, ovens, sinks ... and there were more than enough dishes, glasses, cooking and eating utensils. And there was enough seating and a commercial ice machine! These are things we've rarely had enough of in houses we've stayed in with our large crew before. They were quick to come and remedy the small things that naturally come up. You could tell we were there at the end of the season. There were small things that were broken from a summer of wear and tear but nothing that affected our stay. If this house had an inside elevator, it would be hard to find a better vacation home!! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Wonderful House

First the house is more than the pictures even express. It is the best appointed large vacation home that we have experienced.The house was really clean when we arrived. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items that you may need for a week stay in a nine bedroom house. My only complaint bathmats were not supplied and only two dish towels were provided. For the cost of this rental, that was unacceptable. The other thing, not a complaint' but there are so many stairs in this three level house. We were aware of the amount of stairs before booking but it was more than our seniors could handle easily on their own. I on the other hand stayed on the third floor and actually lost weight on vacation. I have no doubt those stairs played a huge role in my weight loss miracle! I would recommend this vacation home and hope to return in the near future.

Amazing!

Such a nice place and perfect for our group of 4 families (8 adults, 15 kids!). Pool was super nice (and warm!), the kitchen was perfect for large groups, bedrooms and baths all comfortable and beautiful, beach access was perfect, views of the water from the pool, deck, most bedrooms were stunning. Can’t say enough good things, we’re planning to go back for next spring break! Thank you!

Family Vacation #2

The home is very nice, lots of room which is good because the weather was very cold and rainy which they have no control over. Did have people in & out of the home to fix things but management was good at letting us know they were coming. Having your own bathroom with each bedroom was super convenient. The outside area by the pool and cabana would be great to have on a nice day. Did see dolphins with walks on the beach. We had age span from 2-84 and enjoyed family time. The kitchen had every type of pan/gadget we could think of, only suggestion would be more kitchen towels to dry dishes. We used both dishwashers and all of the ovens since we made most of our meals. Great for large families/groups. Internet was in & out during the week if that is important for you but they were having someone working on it. Loved how the outdoors was gated to protect the little one from the pool/beach areas.

Tremendous "Ap peel"

If you want the finest vacation spot for a large gathering, look no further than the Banana Cabana. Incredible location, only exceeded by the cabana (miss-labeled) itself). A lot of climbing to the upper floors; could use an elevator. Otherwise, a solid "10."

Outstanding beach week

The pictures and the listing looked amazing, and somehow the experience beat our expectations. We arrived late on the check in day due to bad traffic in Mobile, but everything we needed was ready and waiting for us at the property management office. I was stunned to realize the pictures in the listing dont do justice to the scale of the house - it is truly amazing. We had all age groups with us (from 3 to 71) and there was plenty of excitement in the house for everyone. You simply cannot beat the private beach access, the private pool, and the majesty of this home.

Banana Cabana 2.0

The Banana Cabana 2.0 was wonderful. Perfect for our family. Kitchen was well stocked, the pool was awesome, everyone loved the beach. Plenty of space for our large group. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this house again.
