Wonderful place to stay. This was my sixth trip to the area, and this was my favorite place so far - planning to return next year. Clean, comfortable, just the right size, steps to the beach, and great views.

We loved the proximity to the beach the amazing view from the balcony. We loved the fact that our dog was welcomed and there were no limits on weight and breed.The Kitchen was well stocked and the special treats were very much appreciated!! We will not hesitate to book the Flip-Flop Inn again!

Everything was clean and welcoming. We had a week of good memories with our grown children. Having several outdoor seating areas was a nice bonus! My favorite was the view from the balcony off of the master bedroom. We loved that our dogs were acceptable. We would definitely stay here again!

The beach and gulf view from the master bedroom was awesome. Balcony was very nice and peaceful. Very open floor plan and plenty of room. We loved that it was pet friendly because of our baby boxer.

Our “mini” vacation was awesome! The house had everything we needed and just steps to the beach. Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck. Neighborhood was quiet. Our two pups enjoyed it too. We would definitely love to stay again.

We had an awesome stay!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The host was great and the Beach Location and Views were perfect. The beach cart was very helpful and a great addition to the beach trip. We loved the rental and plan to book again next year.

Flip Flop Inn was absolutely perfect! The house layout is great for families and pets. The outside area under the house was great for hanging out and relaxing after a day at the beach. Kitchen is well equipped and living room furniture comfortable. Bedrooms/beds are comfy and good size. Owner was extremely helpful and very reponsive. Will definitely return!

Home away from home!!

This was our third summer here and will be back next summer!! Less than a 5 min walk to beach! Great view! You can actually keep an eye on things you leave at the beach from the master suite. Quite neighborhood. Communication with Sarah, the owner, is always quick and extremely accommodating. Lots of sitting in living room for whole fam to hang out. Solar lights on the stairs at night are great for taking pups out after dark!!! Always hard to leave, but until next time…….

This was our second stay at Flip Flop Inn. We absolutely love it here. Sarah and Justin are amazing to work with and communication is amazing. We love being close to the beach and to be able to hear the waves at night from both decks. The beach cart they have for their guests is amazing. We cannot wait to book again!

Really great stay, we couldn’t have asked for more. Everyone loved hanging out on the decks, including the dogs. The beach cart made it so much easier to load everything up for the day. Being steps from the beach made spending time there so much easier and enjoyable!

Good location, great for a family

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop inn. The communication was excellent with the owners. The check in/out process went well. Location to the beach was perfect and a short walk. The phone reception for us was a little poor compared to other locations in Fort Morgan. The house was clean just a few areas needed a little deeper cleaning but nothing terrible and didn’t hinder our stay.

Peaceful, relaxing vacation

Flip flop Inn was wonderful. It had everything my husband and I needed and just a skip to the beach. The owners were very helpful with any questions or concerns and promptly returned texts. Highly recommend staying at FlipFlop Inn. We will be back.

Felt like home

We were first drawn to the Flip Flop Inn because of the pet friendly beach. Reason #2 was its nearness to the beach. We could easily watch dolphins pass by right from the house! The house was very comfy and furnished nicely, and we had great interaction with the owners. They responded quickly, and promptly addressed any question we had. The area was pleasantly quiet and not busy, but it is a ways from town so be prepared for that, unless you don't mind driving in to town often. We relaxed in comfort as if we were at home, and greatly enjoyed southern living.

Another Day in Paradise

ARK HAWGS find a piece of heaven in Ft. Morgan!!

Property was very nice and a great place to at the beach, even though it’s not on the beach it’s close enough for the price. The property is on a corner lot with easy access to the beach or to town you will not be sorry to rent this one!!!

Fantastic Views

We enjoyed our stay at the Flip Flop Inn. The location was great just right next to the beach access. The views from both decks and even just sitting inside the livingroom are amazing! We had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Communication with the host was good and they made everything very easy. We had a great week on the beach!
