The condo was nice, bed was a bit uncomfortable. The view is breathtaking. Love that they have an area for your dogs to be off leash, my fur babies loved it. The lazy river is so relaxing, and all the people there are very kind.

Annual Family Beach Trip

Our family has been coming to this beach property for over ten years, and it has truly become a cherished tradition. Every visit feels like coming home. The property is always clean, well-maintained, and perfectly set up for both relaxation and fun. The kids absolutely love the lazy river—it’s their favorite part of the trip year after year! And we even get to bring our 2 furry family members which is one of the reasons we come back each year as it is hard to find locations that are pet friendly. What really makes this place special is Jodi, the unit owner. She’s incredibly friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure every stay is perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about your experience the way she does.If you’re looking for the perfect family-friendly beach getaway, look no further. We’ll be back again next year—and the year after that!

Perfect Stay

We love staying at Lighthouse Condominiums, formerly Phoenix on the Bay II. This particular unit is now my favorite. Gorgeous view all day long, clean, had everything we needed and more! Comfy beds. Communication was spot on from start to finish. Can’t wait until we can return!!

Two of us stayed in this condo for 3 weeks. We had a fabulous time, along with our 3-year-old shih tzu. The weather was cloudy and raining the first week or but we didn't mind. Eventuallly the sun came out

Nice getaway

Nice property right on the bay. Condo is nice, situated close to the elevator for easy access to lazy river and boat docks as well as the unloading luggage and things. Nice balcony with great views. We enjoyed bringing our dog Teddy with us and he did too. I would give 5 stars except for the king bed. Just wasn’t comfortable for my wife and I. We would stay again.

Perfect Bay Stay

We loved this condo. It must have the best view on the bay. We could not find anything we didn't like. Very pet friendly for our pug. The pet areas are kept so nice and the fenced in area by the parking garage was one of our favorites to let her run free. The pool area is beautiful if there in warmer weather. The inside pool was nice as well. The unit is very nice and when inside we never heard any neighbors. This has more of a tropical resort feel. Workers we met were very friendly. The elevator right outside the unit was a great plus for this unit for unloading and loading as well for taking out our pet. Hope to stay again someday.

Very nice condo and outstanding property

Our unit was super clean and modern, beds were good, kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Very nice view and the property was manicured like a palace. The only drawback as with most condos are the carts to transport your stuff.

A bit of paradise......

Second year going to OBA... First year, we did a home as we are not big on the overall large condo/resort hype. We like tranquil and few crowds. This condo has it. We instantly fell in love with the condo and the complex. The grounds are well maintained and very clean. I did not see any trash or litter. There are a few pets in the area (ours included) and did not see any visible damage from them in the actual condo or the complex grounds.. The boat docks are first class. The actual condo was very clean and well maintained. We did have a bit of trouble with the TV/Cable but we were not there to watch TV and we overcame it. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well. The view from the balcony is second to none. We enjoyed our morning coffee viewing the harbor and the perdido pass. The complex is very close to several very good restaurants by boat or car. Tiki, Anchor, and Fishers were our favorites. No comment on the pool as we never used it but is seemed very adequate. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out. We hope to be back summer '24

Annual Family Beach Trip

The property is beautiful and well-maintained. The property staff and security are professional and very helpful. We have stayed at this property every year for over 10 years and love every trip. Quinton is the best and is always pleasant and very helpful. Jodi, the owner we rented from is kind and was a pleasure to rent from. My wife and I were blown away by the kindness shown to us by Jodi, other property owners, and the security staff when my wife lost her engagement ring and wedding band on the day we left. Unfortunately, we were unable to locate it but everyone at the property was understanding and very helpful with trying to find the rings. We will definitely continue staying at Phoneix On The Bay II every year.
