The view, the condo was very nice, beach was great. Location to eating, golf, and shopping was excellent. But we found out the afternoon we checked in that the clothes washer didn’t work. This was discovered by housekeeping cleaning the condo before we checked in. That is not the main reason we rent a condo but its one of them. I text the property manage as to when it would be repaired they didn’t know, after a day or so of not hearing I text again still didn’t know. Probably the next day heard from them that maintenance needed a part and it was ordered. I’m not sure how they knew it needed a part we didn’t see or hear from maintenance to let them in to look at it, or why it took 3 or 4 days to find that out from the property manager. So for the entire stay we had no way of washing clothes and towels. Very inconvenient

Great location for music festival!

This was our first time in Gulf Shores. We were in town for the Sand In My Boots Festival (formerly Hangout Fest). The location was great, an easy 1 mile walk to the festival area. Condo was spacious and nice for our group with a large balcony. Washer and dryer were a plus! Convenient parking. Communication with the host was great. Would stay here again.

Blakey Family End of Summer Trip

1st I wanted to say how pleased we were with the booking, the size of the unit, and the quality of the stay. We made the booking in about 10 minutes during a peak upcoming Labor Day weekend. We secured our reservation, and we were set. We confirmed a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom beach condo roomy enough for (5) people. The condo was spotless, and the place was well stocked for 8 people. It was by far the best location and most memorable beach vacation we have experienced. The bedrooms were spacious and the wrap around balcony was huge. Everything that this condo advertised was accurate. Consequently, the parking was located under the building, and the elevators worked like clockwork the whole time of our stay. The views from the balcony we will never forget, absolutely great panoramic views. 2nd, the only complaint we had was the master bedroom mattress was very old and lumpy. Unfortunately, this bed was very uncomfortable. Other than this one issue, the condo met all of our needs. Yes, we will stay here again. By far our favorite condo in Gulf Shores.

Gulf Shores Condo

We loved the lay-out of the condo, 3 beds and 3 baths fit our needs. The top quilts on the beds needs to be laundered. The floors had not been mopped. The master bathtub did not drain well. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Great views to watch fireworks. The beach wagon and chairs were nice.

Awesome week

We had the best week. Amazing property that was clean and loaded with everything you could need. (Ladies Bring a blow dryer) We had absolutely no complaints. We visited at a very busy time (spring break) but never felt crowded. Tons of parking and beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend and return. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 teens. Everyone had plenty of room and a wonderful time. This is a corner unit with stunning views. We did not go to the pool (the outdoor part was pretty small, but Many enjoyed it. We spent all our time on the beach. The condo had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. No umbrella that I saw but you can rent one from Ike’s if you need to. They are set up right outside the condo for rentals.

Amazing views

We enjoyed staying at this property. The positives were many: The kitchen was well stocked with extra flatware, dishes and cooking utensils. The refrigerator was cool when we arrived, and all the appliances were easy to use. It was wonderful to have smart TV's in each room. The decor was tasteful, and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The bedspreads were clean and new and a closet full of beach items. The view was fabulous, and the balcony furniture was great to sit on and enjoy the views. The pool was great for smaller children to play. Our family would stay at this property again if available.

Wonderful condo in great location

We rented a condo at Crystal Shores West this past week. The condo was wonderful, clean, and spacious. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. It was easy to book, and they provided all the checking in and out information that we needed. They also text us to make sure the condo was of our liking and that we didn’t have any problems. The thing that I was MOST impressed with was their housekeeping service and let me tell you why… We packed up and loaded the truck yesterday morning to come home. My husband was rushing me and my son told me that he checked the entire condo and we were good to go, so I took his word for it and we left. When we got home, the housekeeping staff contacted me and said we had left items behind. I asked what it was…my ENTIRE SUITCASE!! I left it in the closet of the master bedroom. Thank goodness our friends were staying downstairs in another unit and they were still there. The housekeeping supervisor delivered my suitcase to our friends condo this morning! I am so very pleased and thankful for these honest people!! Thank you Sunset Properties and the entire housekeeping staff!!! You guys are a blessing!

Amazing Property!

The condo is fantastic. Very clean, AMAZING view, beautifully decorated, and convenient location! We forgot beach toys for the kiddos and to our surprise there were some in the closet! The bed were all very comfortable! Plenty of dishes, towels, and pillows for everyone! Will most definitely be renting again!

Yearly family vacation

The condo was exactly as listed. The closet with beach items was great. Master mattress was very comfy. Be prepared for temperamental elevator’s occasionally. No fault of the condo. Kitchen was very well stocked. Would rent here again!!

Randy was very responsive. Loved the location and being right ON the beach. Biggest issue was only one working elevator for a 14 story condo, made for long waits.

Nice condo, building, pool, surroundings lacking.

Having only one operating elevator was terrible! This is a huge complex and waiting so long, especially when lots of us having to arrive and leave at the same time was awful! Someone who stays here every here said both elevators never work. Someone else said they called and asked right before they came if both were working and were told yes. They were very upset at the blatant lie. We then heard by the office staff the other elevator would be working by Memorial weekend. Spring break is a very busy time so not to have it working was terrible. The stairwells were dirty and trash, a kitchen towel, and other debris were there our entire stay. Our condo itself was very nicely decorated, updated and the furniture and bedrooms were nice and perfect for our family's needs. Lots of nice amenities such as a margarita maker, cappuccino machine, plenty of dishes, utensils, beach wagon etc.......all very nice. Would’ve been nice to have the instruction pamphlets to the small appliances. The condo floor was very sandy when we arrived. The perimeters and corners of the rooms were not vacuumed well. There were things under the couch and chairs that should have been removed. A shampoo bottle behind the dresser, a grocery bag under a bed all examples of poor cleaning. The bathtub stops did not work and one bathroom was missing one altogether. The bathroom throw rug in one was dirty and clearly not properly washed. We did not have sufficient towels and washcloths in two of the three bathrooms and had to call management to get additional.
