Great view. Rained all but 1 day but we still had a nice stay. I messaged owner a question about the condo, they answered within a few hours. Had enough supplies for our stay. Will definitely return.

Beautiful view from the balcony, very comfortable bed, and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. We could see Gulf Shores State Park Pier from the balcony, and it was a short walk down the beach. We loved watching the dolphins.

A perfect place for our family. Loved being close to pier and not being in a super crowded area. Will definitely rent again. Host was attentive and the home was clean and had all that we needed. Will rent again.

We recently stayed at this Royal Palms property. The location was excellent— conveniently situated on the beach, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. Communication with the owners was adequate and timely when needed.However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the unit. It was clear the condo had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was visible dirt throughout, and the floors and surfaces were covered in hair and debris. The sheets had hair on them, there was a packaging wrapper and dice (?) on the bedroom floor (no way could the room have been swept), there was what appeared to either be vomit or feces on the shower curtain, stains on quilts provided, and paint coming off the walls and baseboards. We wiped down the bunk bed ladder for our little ones and the wipe was black. We ended up putting them in the king bed with us all week once we saw whatever was smeared along the bunk wall as well. Rugs need replaced. Toilet seats didn’t seem to fit correctly. You sat on part seat/part bowl. Shower pressure was nonexistent, we ended up washing our hair in the kitchen sink to remove shampoo. While we appreciated the setting and ease of communication, the lack of cleanliness significantly impacted our overall experience. We hope these issues are addressed moving forward, as the property has great potential with better maintenance.

Great stay at a great place

We had a great stay at this Royal Palms unit. The views from the 12th floor were amazing! The unit was just a described. Having two full bathrooms was extremely nice as well. Located at three east end of Gulf Shores made it easy to enjoy everything from Dauphin Island to Perdido Key. If we return, we will definitely look to see if this unit is avaliable and we would recommend it to others.

Memorial Day Weekend

Location great and quiet. Linens are great. Furniture is sturdy. Kitchen utensils well stocked but bring your own knife if you plan to prep food. Location was awonderful benefit.

Amazing views, 12th floor so little wait for the elevator but worth it, clean room. Cookware and kitchen could use some updates and the dishwasher was crooked but worked great. Quick response from owners of anything was needed. Sauna, hot tub and steam room were an added luxury on our cold, windy rainy day!

Best VRBO we have stayed in!!

Great vacation place!

Very clean condo with a great view of the beach at the Royal Palm condos. Close to the state park. Everything was supplied for a week stay. I would definitely recommend room 1202 for your vacation stay.

Great Comfortable Condo on the Beach

We have been going to Gulf Shores for over 30 years. This condo was the most comfortable (as far as furnishings) we have ever stayed in. Will rebook future trips at this exact condo, if available.

Great time

The property was clean and nicely maintained. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We love to walk at the state park so the location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again. The only thing missing was pantry space, but we managed.
