Affordable 2 Bedroom/2 Bath Studio On 2nd Floor!

  • Phoenix 8 #201...This 2 BR/2BA condo is very spacious. It is a corner unit with plenty of room for everyone! There is a combination Living Room / Master bedroom so we call this condo a "Studio"....although it also has a second Master Bedroom across the hall. This condo would be perfect for a family to enjoy since the main living room to congregate and watch tv is located in the Master Bedroom..(the living room is actually inside of the Master Bedroom). There are spectacular views everywhere you look in the Living/Master since this is a corner unit! This combo room is huge...and it leads to an over-sized balcony overlooking the pool area and the beach. The adjoining Master Bath has travertine floors, soaking tub, stand-alone shower and a double sink vanity.

    The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the condo and has a king-sized bed with a balcony overlooking the tennis court and parking. The adjoining bath has travertine floors, soaking tub (NOTE: jacuzzi jets do not work!!!), stand-alone shower and a double sink vanity that your family will LOVE!!

    The gourmet eat-in kitchen is in the center of the condo in between the two bedrooms. Two can eat at the breakfast table. This fully-stocked upscale kitchen has a Viking Stove! And, there is a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry area.

    There is a locked door right when you walk into the unit. This door remains locked at all times, unless you book unit #101 as well. Then, we provide a code for the door and it becomes a large 4 bedroom, 4 bath for large families to rent.

This rental was fantastic! It was exactly what we were looking for and was set up perfectly for our needs. Family friendly, facilities were accommodating and the walk to the beach was a short distance.

Great condo with great layout of the rooms. Master bedroom with sitting area facing the beach. You step out on a corner wrap around large balcony from the master bedroom. Large bathrooms with walk in showers and soaking tubs.Pros: Large bedrooms.Walk in closet. Great balcony with view. Close to shopping and great restaurants. Would diffidently stay here again. Cons: Only oneThe toilets are super low/short unless you are not very tall. Need comfort height toilets.

Best balcony!

We had a great stay! The kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable although we like them a little firmer. We spent most of our time on the huge balcony eating and enjoying the scenery! We would love to rent again and if we have more people, rent 101 as well!

Wonderful amenities and great view! Love the balconies. Especially being on the second floor. Building pools and amenities were not crowded.

Long Weekend Getaway

This condo was as advertised. A little different layout but it works. We had plenty of room for the little ones and ourselves. It was clean and cool upon arrival which was much appreciated after a long day of driving. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved our Stay

This is the perfect accommodation for any family of 4 or 6. The space is so comfortable and relaxing! The pictures do not do this place justice. The host is very informative and made every aspect of our trip the best trip ever to the orange beach area. We cannot wait to return and stay in this unit again. Thank you so much

Location was great. The beach was beautiful. The room was larger in person than the photos. The property only gives you the bare minimum in the unit: toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, etc. There was no salt/pepper, butter, olive oil, pam..... anything like this, you must bring or buy your own. That was the only downside.

Great Company to Work With

4th time to stay at the unit. Property manager is very easy to work with. Great communication and very friendly. Unit is the way we remembered it. Very relaxing unit and family friendly.

February on the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Phoenix 8201. The layout was waaayy different from any other condo we stayed but we liked it. Kitchen was well supplied with all we needed. I would like to recommend a new mattress in the master bedroom and one of the lounges on the lanai has a broken weld on the seat.

The room had molded so bad that it caused me to become sick and have to go to the doctor! The mold was so out of control! It was sad to be honest! The pictures that are online have to be when it was new and on the market to rent!

Great get away

The pros.Location and walk out to the beach was great. The condo was clean. Checkin was easy. The cons were that there is plugs that do not work here and a breaker tripped. Didnt cause concern. Definitely would stay here again though.
