Great views

Love the property, the views and the pools. Beautiful condo. Needs more supplies such as pepper, salt, paper towels, toilet paper. I don’t want to purchase these items for a week or less.

SeaChase is the place to be!

Overall loved the property with multiple pools, hot tubs, splash pad and more. Indoor pool is a hidden gem coming in from hot day at beach and needing a quick cool off! Never seemed crowded using any of amenities or waiting for elevators. Also, everything you might need is across the street. Great place, perfect location, friendly people and fabulous views.

Best family vacation

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From booking, checking in, to checking out, we could not have been happier! This unit is in the perfect location. We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo every day and had everything we needed. They have cable but we were also able to log in to our streaming accounts to watch TV as a guest and log out easily. SO SO CLEAN! Perfect for two families to stay together with the split floor plan. We will be back for SURE!

Perfect for the whole family!

This unit was very clean which is one of the most important things in my book! We had plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was adequately stocked with anything we needed. Separate ice maker is amazing for filling coolers for the beach right from your kitchen! Loved the big dining table and the incredible view while having meals. Plenty of comfy seating in the living room. We loved the smaller complex and while it's not small by any means, compared to the overly gigantic Phoenix properties we have stayed at in the past and absolutely hated, this place was smaller. At Sea Chase, we never felt crowded at the pool or beach OR waited for ages for the elevator and considering we were there in peak season that was great. There were honestly only 3 things that I thought could use attention: the master bed was not comfortable. I don't mind a firm bed but this bed has zero give. The other beds however seemed better. The washer is extremely loud and considering it's location, made it difficult to watch TV in the living room in the evenings when doing laundry. Not an issue for me but it bothered my husband. And finally the balcony seating, its a smaller balcony for the size of the unit due to how the building was designed. I think that there could be much better and more comfortable use of the space other than just the bar height table and 4 chairs. All on all we loved every minute of the stay and will absolutely book this unit again in the future!

Perfect beach trip!

We were traveling with four adults and three young kids. This space was perfect! By far the best beach condo we have ever stayed at, so clean, all the amenities, a well stocked kitchen. Access to pool, beach, trash chute, elevators were all so straight forward and the staff was so nice! We will be back.

A few things I wish I knew before I came

The room and property were great overall and the room had a lot of extras available for use. Having to have a key to go to and from the beach was a little inconvenient and although our room had a keyless pad we weren’t aware of it for a few days and had to use keys to get in and out. Two of the four keys didn’t work and had to get them changed out. We bought two parking passes for the week but had one family leave and another come in and they would not allow the parking pass to transfer and had to buy a third one. Spent 75.00 to park. The internet service was very sporadic and I had difficulty uploading emails, music, etc. all week. The room itself was very nice. These are just a few things I wish I had known about the property before I came.
