Absolutely Perfect!

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo! Everything is decorated in a beachy theme and you can’t beat the view! We had plenty of room for our family of 5 and plenty of supplies. The beds and furniture were really comfortable as well! Beach access was quick and easy and beach service was a nice addition! The owners were a pleasure to work with and we will most definitely be booking with them again! Book this condo! You won’t be disappointed!

Great location very comfortable

The property owner was great to work with. Condo is a great location on the beach next to houses so beach was not crowded at all. House was so comfortable with plenty of space for my 4 adults, 2 teens and child.

Last minute beach trip

Our daughter wanted to go to the beach before she went off to college so we did a very last minute trip! This condo is the perfect spot. Sandy made it super easy with booking and check in! Her details on the emails and instructions are great. (I told my husband that she might have been a teacher because it was so easy) There is a bit of building maintenance going on right now, but we were still able to enjoy our stay peacefully. It was a great place, as is, but after this remodel, it will be beautiful. Sandy was so wonderful that even when my 18 year old forgot her favorite sweatshirt in the dryer, she shipped it to us! So sweet!! The beach was beautiful and we had a successful trip!

50th Anniversary family trip

Sandy's Summer House is a beautiful property, awsome view of the gulf and the white sandy shores of Orange beach. We were impressed with all the amenities this property had to offer and wouth gladly book future vacations at this condo. We did experience some negative things with the parking and the elevators but the owner was very helpful and even came to the property to address the problems. She was very nice, attentive and even sent me flowers and a cake after discovering that we were there celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our daughter and grandchildren. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Family Trip

The trip was amazing with family. Condo was very clean and spacious. Owners were always a text or call away and always responded constantly. We are looking forward to staying next year and enjoying the Beautiful view on the Balcony.

Fabulous!!!

We stayed ina wonderful condo with husband and sister We had a wonderful time! This condo is sooo comfortable, including the furniture!! It’s so bright and cheery with all the sliders in every room. The kitchen is very very well stocked if you prefer to cook instead of eating out. As you’re eating at the DR table, you can see the Gulf and its beauty.!! I definitely recommend!!!

2023 Beach Vacation

Just a great place to stay at Orange beach. We always take the family of 6 and there is plenty of room for everyone. The views from inside the rooms and especially from the balcony are amazing. The balcony looking over the ocean is more like a patio, plenty of room for everyone to have space. The owners a super nice and helpful with any questions you may have. Also, there are shops across the street that are within walking distance and a neighborhood Walmart just right down the road. Location is superb. I highly recommend staying here. We go to Orange Beach every year and I don’t even look for other places to stay because this one is just perfect. Do not miss out on this place.

Beautiful Unit

Pros - very nice updated unit (my husband loved the recliner), kitchen dishes/utensils/pots & pans well stocked, deck furniture very nice, nice to have wrap around deck on a corner unit overlooking pool and beach. Beach much closer than what I thought from pictures, and nice calm beach. Great location. Other than noted below, owner was very responsive Cons - building is showing age, but very clean and had carts for moving items in elevators (two for entire building). Workout area (separate building) was very hot & not a lot of equipment- we went to city Health Club. Water pipe had burst prior to our arrival in the unit above, and we were notified two hours before our arrival that we would be inconvenienced by a couple of fans - they were fans used to dry out drywall - loud and couldn't sleep that evening - owner gave us a $50 gift card to a local restaurant for our "inconvenience" - when you are paying top dollar in relation to other available units expected a discount or even a comped night. Fans were removed the following afternoon. Overall - very nice unit, location and beach area - enjoyed our stay

Great location and beautiful condo

Our family enjoyed everything about this condo. It was clean and decorated beautifully. It had a wonderful ocean view and overlooked the pool too. Loved that it was close to shopping for groceries, clothes and souvenirs. The owners were responsive to all of our needs and quick to share things that we could do while in the area! Great experience for our first time in the area!

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in a condo and using an online site to book. The property was great. Location was close to stores for shopping and exploring. The view from the balcony was just as listed. We even was able to watch a firework show right off of the balcony one night. The owners are extremely nice and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend staying at this property. We will stay here from now on.

Perfect Memorial Day Weekend

Listing was exactly as described. Perfect for families. My husband, me , our 2 kids, and my parents all stayed and there was plenty of room. Beautiful view. Easy check-in. Communication with the owners was excellent. They are very responsive. My daughter left her stuffed animal and my son left his iPad charger and The owners were so gracious to mail them to us. Very clean and beautiful. Amazing porch and view. It has everything you need including sand toys and boogie boards. All you need to bring is food and your basics. They even send you a list of everything that is there and things you may need. Thank you for a wonderful Stay.

Beautiful comfy condo

Very pleased. Visited with daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Condo was clean and very comfortable with enough space for everyone. Felt very inviting inside and you can tell the owner cares with little details. The kitchen was fabulous with everything you might need. The beds were all comfortable (my two-year-old grandson did "boinks" on each bed, including the bunk beds so I know lol. He was very excited with his first vacation). Sand toys at condo and we played with them on beach (thanks Sandy). There's boogie boards too, but was a rip tide during our stay so we didn't use, but during those calm ocean days, yes. Nice large balcony that wraps around, came in handy with a storm with high gusts, so you can move to another side to escape the wind (which won't happen for most but we enjoyed watching the waves, lightning and storm). Mostly families at property so it's thankfully quiet at night. Outdoor pool has an attached "kiddie" pool and there's an indoor pool/hot tub for when it rains or you've had enough sun. Owner very nice and responsive. This Nana enjoyed a lovely retreat and would return.

Great vacation rental.

Sandy's condo is very nice. My wife said if she had any complaints, it would be that there should be a hair dryer in both bathrooms and maybe more than one roll of toilet paper in each. Other than that the condo is perfect.

Absolutely Wonderful Condo!

My husband, two teenage daughters and one of their boyfriends and I stayed at this condo Aug 4-11th. It was absolutely perfect! Plenty of room for all of us, beds were very comfortable (always a concern for me and I’m picky) and the condo was stocked with anything you could possibly need. The owner has been so responsive from the moment we rented and continued to answer questions while we were there! Very quick responses also. The deck….can’t even describe how fantastic it was! It was huge, plenty of seating and awesome views. All of us spent plenty of time on the deck, just relaxing, day and night….I always sat out there at night before turning in. The whole complex was very well thought out….fast elevators, efficient trash disposal, wonderful indoor and outdoor swimming pools….just a really great place! One of the guests played a guitar and entertained us with live music one evening! This condo made it hard to leave and site see…..would def stay here again! Thanks, Sandy, for making our vacation stressfree and wonderful!!!

Amazing property!

Best property I have ever stayed in, hands down. The Owner was so quick to respond, and very helpful. The view is amazing, and the beds are sooo comfortable! I highly recommend staying here to anyone!!
