The place was beautiful and very clean. A gorgeous view of the ocean right out our back deck. Also, parking right on site. Carts were available for moving in and out. Super helpful. Kitchen was well equipped too. The location was central and close to grocery store and many shops. I recommend this unit and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful condo. Lovely remodel and all very comfortable and well-accommodated. This had the comfiest furniture of all the places we've stayed. TWO lazy-boy style chairs which is great for reading and TV viewing. Comfortable king bed. Owner was attentive and kind. Quiet complex. Beautiful view of the water!

My husband and I had a nice stay at this condo. It was our first time to rent a place so have nothing to compare to this experience. We liked that the building was only nine stories tall…a dwarf between taller buildings…with fewer units than its neighbors. It was not crowded, not noisy and easy parking. We happily found the condo to be clean and had everything we needed for the three nights we were there. Though it appears to have been fairly recently painted, it does show its age in various places…nothing drastic! We didn’t use the kitchen except for morning coffee and tea but it appeared to have all the needed equipment. The king sized bed filled the room, but was comfortable. (I wished I had brought my own pillows). The third floor balcony was a great height for a view of the water and we enjoyed sitting there each day. Our host checked in with us via email routinely and would have been available if anything had been needed. Everything was fine.

Unfortunately, our stay at this condo was not very pleasant. The unit had a strong moldy, musty odor and that along with a couple of bugs made it difficult to feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. These issues raised real concerns about cleanliness and health standards. It’s disappointing because the location and setup have potential, but the property clearly needs cleaning, pest control, and better overall maintenance. The outdoor cushions need replaced and the sofa needs a good cleaning. The views of the beach and the location was good.

Unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Nice size balcony which we enjoyed. The outdoor cushions need re-stuffed or replaced. The only disappointment was that no beach towels are provided. We were forced to buy some. Every other beach rental we’ve ever used, always provided all beach gear.

The perfect last minute trip! The most wonderful view with actual comfortable balcony furniture and the best couch ever in the living room. We found ourselves looking for the tags on mattress also! Small condo building so we weren’t crowded on the beach and never waited for the elevator! We can’t wait to o back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was exactly as listed, and the ocean view from the balcony was the best part! It has everything you need for the most part, and it is very nicely decorated, very beachy! Also, the bed was really comfortable.The owner was attentive and provided us with a lot of useful information to prepare and while we were there which was very helpful to us.

We absolutely loved it here , most definitely will be back . Everything was just like advertised . Easy check in , 2 minutes from Walmart & DG . The pool was clean , and the beach was nice . The owners checked in on us to make sure everything was going as we expected . 10/10 recommended !!

Just as listed! Perfect spot!

The unit was clean and decorated just as pictured. It's peachy and a great size for just the two us. The building was pretty busy with lots of families which was nice. The pool and the access to the beach are ideal. When I thought of coming to the shores of Alabama, I wanted to walk out of my condo and on to the beach. So it was really perfect. I've been to many beaches (as far as Hawaii and Bora Bora, Tahiti) and this beach was just as beautiful. I didn't see a cigarette butt or bottle/can anywhere. The pool deck was cleaned every morning. I especially enjoyed sitting on the comfortable deck furniture each morning and evening. For me, it's illogical to have a deck overlooking a beautiful beach if you can't sit on great furniture and read a book. Many of the other condos I looked at (and I looked at A LOT) did not have good deck furniture. All in all, we got exactly what we hoped for.

I picked well!

This was our first time visiting Orange Beach. We were celebrating both our birthdays and our anniversary. There were so many places to stay to choose from that it was a little overwhelming. But I definitely chose the right one. This isn't a giant condo complex, it's smaller, which we liked. It was a very short walk to the beach-loved that. The location in Orange Beach was perfect-close to everything! The condo was decorated nicely and was very clean. The king-sized bed was really comfortable - and we're picky. The towels were very soft (another thing we appreciate). We really enjoyed just sitting on the balcony relaxing, but also enjoyed the pool-which wasn't crowded at all, and the beach. We only cooked a couple of breakfasts in the room, but the kitchen was well-equipped. We also liked the full-size washer and dryer, and that fact that laundry detergent and dryer sheets were provided. Rick, the owner, was great. He answered all of our questions very promptly. We appreciated the extra information about the area that he provided. We hope to come back here soon. I'm so glad that this condo exactly fit our needs and wants! Thank you for sharing it with us, Rick!

Wonderful Place!

The condo was well equipped with kitchen items that you may need for your stay! It was very clean as well. The property manager was easy to communicate with and even notified us when the room was ready so we could check in early. I would highly recommend the condo!

Pleasant Get Away

Everything was just as promised in the advertising. The property was clean which I was happy about being a clean freak germaphobe. The bed was extremely comfortable, being older, that is a nice addition to the property. The shower was hot and very enjoyable after a long day on the beach. We are not a fan of being in high places, so the 3rd floor was perfect for us scaredy cats. We would definitely use this property again for our next visit.
