Family Beach Vacation

Wonderful listing! Excellent hosts, very responsive, they also had several recommendations for things to do and where to eat that we took advantage of during our stay.We appreciated how comfortable the condo was, and the decorations were lovely. We enjoyed the beach access, the size of the bedrooms and the big round dining table that was great for family dinner or game night!

Wonderful

The condo was very nice and the location was great. The weather turned out nice even after the aftermath of Hurricane Francine. Would stay here again.

Awesome condo, great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was really nice with a great view of the gulf. Loved being right next to sea n suds and being close to everything in Gulf Shores. Would definitely stay there again.

Home away from home

I can not put into words how happy we were with our stay. We had everything we needed and then some. The convenience of the grocery store/gift shop just across the street was the best, and also the nice seafood restaurant right on the beach off our condo. We will never stay anywhere else!

Perfect Location

We stayed here 2 years ago & Loved it, so we came back again. Love the Condo & Location is Perfect. Sitting in the Balcony, drinking our coffee, listening to the waves …….. Perfect way to start & end the day.

Very cute condo!

We loved the colorful condo! The pictures on VRBO are very accurate. It was very clean upon check-in and close to so many things. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. We love the convenience of walking to Sea N Suds! We'd definitely stay here again!

Cozy!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay here! The owner was very quick to respond to us when we sent messages or called. We walked into a cozy, bright, accommodating condo! It had everything we needed and was a nice little oasis! The pool was nice and not crowded at all! Most of the time our kiddos had it to themself. The beach front was nice and we enjoyed the time we spent on it!

Overall we were pleased with the condo. However, the bathrooms are not user friendly for someone who is handicapped and need to be updated. Beds need new pillows & livingroom chair could be replaced. Kitchen needs updated small appliances. Good view of ocean.

Overall nice condo with great view of ocean. Issues with master bathroom, but property manager was very receptive and responded back promptly. The cleanliness could use some improvement though. We utilized the pull-out couch, and it didn’t appear that the couch or bed gets cleaned. Lots of crumbs and candy wrappers under the couch.

Condo problems

This could be an ideal property (the location is excellent) to rent, but it is not clean. The carpet in the bedrooms are filthy, the tiled floors look as if they have not been cleaned in a long time, and the furniture is very dirty. The property manager did immediately address the problem of a t.v. in the living room that was not working. (Girls wanted to watch a football game Saturday night). Tiffany worked almost all day trying to get the t.v. in working order, and a big thank you to her for her effort. If this condo was redone and cleaned up, I would definitely stay here again.

Cute condo

My friends & I stayed here & we appreciated the location & the 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The condo was cute, the elevators were fast & we felt comfortable staying there. There were plenty of dishes & towels provided & the condo itself is generally well kept but a few things do need to be addressed. First the parking lot is very small & can be difficult to navigate your vehicle through. There is extra parking across the street but you have to walk down to the crosswalk. Upon our arrival there was a horrible smell & I contacted the owner & it was resolved immediately. I did recommend the coffee pot be replaced. I cleaned it the best I could but it is beyond cleaning. It really should be replaced. There are a few stains here & there & some mold/mildew in the showers which does happen frequently in the south but should be monitored more closely. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom so the bathrooms stay very moist after showers & encourage mildew to grow. Also the baseboard in the master bathroom are starting to rot from water seeping out of the shower. The master closet had a lot of things stored in it which left little space to store our luggage. The queen bedroom fan chain has been pulled off & no way to turn on the fan. Thankfully there was an extra fan to use. The wall outlets should be replaced. We had issues with things like hairdryers & phone chargers not staying plugged in the outlets. Anything we plugged in would fall out easily. The refrigerator took hours & hours to cool. We were concerned our milk etc would go bad. It was never as cold as it should be but it cooled enough. The pillows were old & very flat & need to be replaced. The master bedroom mattress should be rotated. I slept in a huge crater. Finally no table on the balcony as shown in pictures. Over all the condo was cute & in a great location. None of the issues I addressed were significant enough to ruin our trip or prevent us from staying here in the future but they should be addressed for future guests.
