First time visiting Orange Beach and this condo made it even. Being on the second floor was perfect for beautiful beach views. It's close to everything you could need. The condo was clean and roomy.

We stayed at Sea Chase for a week and our condo was great! It was located on 2nd floor, there is an ICE machine in the condo itself so that alone saved quite a bit of money each day! It was nice and clean, And had everything you would need! Our only complaint would be the guest bed was a bit hard and firm, but some people dont mind that and its perfectly fine!

The condo location and layout were amazing. The property overall needs to be updated including the unit. Cabinet doors don’t shut. Dryer paint is flaking off and rusted. Utensils, pots, and pans all need to be replaced. They are melted, non stick covering is flaking off, etc. The beds were AMAZING, and the ice machine was one of the best perks of the week. You can’t beat the view from the unit and access to everything is easy. If this place was updated and had the necessary amenities in the condo to cook for the week I would rate this 5/5.

Great Condominium

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about SeaChase and the unit we stayed in. The second floor view was perfect. The location, the lobby being indoors, resort style pools we were thrilled with. Beach access was very convenient. Just like other reviews I saw, the condo overall was very quiet, not over crowded and the beach was never full. In our 20+ years of going to OB this was the first condo we said we would rebook. With that being said, I would love to see the bed covers and sheets get an upgrade. They were torn and kept coming off and it was inconvenient. The other thing that would be a super easy upgrade is the shower head and toilet seats. Super cheap addition to improve the experience. Overall, the condo was super nice and spacious and we loved it! Already recommended it to friends.

1st Family Vacation - Perfection!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family vacation for my wife and two young boys, and it was PERFECT! The SeaChase property has everything you could need. Pools, hot tubs, and quick access to a beautiful beach. When you step outside of the property, there is more than enough to do. Great dining and activities for all ages. Our condo was extremely clean and well-decorated. The ice machine was an unexpected delight. I could not say one bad thing about our stay. 10/10 would recommend, and we look forward to coming back again very soon!

The room was cute, comfortable, and the AC was just right for the July heat. One of my most favorite things about the room was the ice maker. It was so nice for the coolers and cocktails. I would definitely stay here again. One negative, this room is on the second floor,I poured over the balcony in the shrubs, the melted sandy water from the cooler. I didn’t want to put it in the sink because of the sand. The security seen my actions and was completely rude, an ass really on how he addressed me. I was informed to throw nothing and I mean nothing he said over the balcony. Okay! It was melted sandy water, and I looked before I did it so it wouldn’t splash anyone below us.A response like ummm ma’am that is against the rules please don’t again for your stay. His statement was that I would be documented for my actions, ummmm again OKAY!There are numerous other places to stay.
