Quiet peaceful neighborhood

The townhouse was clean and comfortable. Many upgrades have been made to the unit. There is a screened porch on the back. You are not far from the beach, shopping and restaurants. We completely enjoyed our stay. I recommend it for 2 couples or a family of four.

Family trip

We enjoyed our stay at Mariner Lakes! It’s very close to the beach and stores and restaurants are very close by. Our family of 5 had plenty of room. The condo is very well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Orange Beach town home

Home was very clean and well stocked from the kitchen to bathroom towels, had everything we needed. Great location, close to everything, but very relaxing and quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend.

Spring break getaway

The property was exactly as advertised & perfect for out me spring break getaway. The house was well equipped & exceeded our expectations. It was steps away from the pool & a quick trip to the beach - we chose the public access as the road to walk to the beach was very busy to cross. Highly recommend as the house & beach were great!

Perfect Getaway

The home was perfect and as described. My wife and I spent two nights there with our kids and everything was great. Fully furnished, and the pool was right across the driveway. Short walk to the beach and plenty of shopping that is within walking distance. The house was very clean when we arrived and we did not have any issues. Will definitely rent again if we are in the area. If you have kids, bring their bikes, that was are only regret because there are so many places to ride inside and outside the community.

A great stay, close to the beach with great access.

The property was clean and well decorated with a modern touch. The space was ample for a family of 4 and the location was perfect for the trip we had in mind. Highly recommend!

Extremely convenient for family that loves the beach!

The listing is spot on. The booking was easy and the owner clearly communicated info we needed to know about the townhouse and community. I had a question when we first arrived and he responded quickly. The townhouse was clean, had comfortable furniture and the air conditioning worked well, even upstairs. The daybed under the stairs was a blessing for my 12 yr old son that didn't want to sleep in the bed with his 13 yr old sister! The kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and serve a home cooked meal. It also had assorted coffee k-cups that was a nice touch and much appreciated! The place also had a gas grill to cookout, which was wonderful! Bathrooms stocked with necessities! And we thoroughly enjoyed the awesome beach chairs, towels, tubes, umbrella, cabana, wagon, toys, cooler, and bags. That convenience of having that available for our use really made us happy. Although hot still at night in June, I managed to get some quiet time on the porch listening to some strange sounding birds and even spotting an owl landing on the top of a tree limb and watching it for awhile. One last thing....we loved also being right next to the pool where we took the kids a couple nights. Location was perfectly close to the ocean, souvenir stores, Walmart, and restaurants! Thank you, Rolando for letting us rent your place!
