Great stay! Perfect location. Only issue was WiFi was a little spotty but we spent most of our time on the beach so we didn’t even need it.

Short Getaway

Great little place right on the beach. Decor was nice, condo was clean, kitchen was clean and modern. Location was perfect. Located right down the road from shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was gorgeously decorated with beautiful beach themes & colors. The pools & hot tub & sauna were amazing! Everybody was so friendly & everything was so clean & nice! The beach was beautiful & so easy to access. Everything about our trip was wonderful, thank you so much for a great place to stay! We will definitely be staying at Crystal shores west again!

Crystal Waters West

Beautifully decorated condo!Some opportunities: ceiling fan light fixture in guest bedroom is loose and lights do not work. Fridge filter needs to be changed so that the ice maker will work. Master bed squeaks with every move. Maybe frame needs to be tightened. One of 2 of the elevators was down for the majority of our stay. Long waits for the elevator. Need additional lock on the door. Balcony was great!

Nice

Not too far, not too clise to the Hangout or center of all the night life activity. You'll feel the quieter location but can drive 5-10 minutes to get to any thing you'd want.

Perfect for us!

The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated! The building had everything we needed. I was able to use the gym every day overlooking the ocean. The indoor pool was clean and my toddlers were able to enjoy it. The sauna didn’t heat up well, and the bathrooms by the gym/pool were not maintained well. For a slow time the shower and bathroom near the gym should be spotless. Overall - great condo! Recommend and we may stay again!

Perfect Spot

The view from the balcony alone is enough for me! We watched dolphins in the mornings, listened to the waves crashing, beautifully done condo. I never expect perfection bc not sven my house is perfect.... but we had a perfect week!

Definitely recommend

Very nice condo. Plenty of items to cook with. You’ll need dish soap, paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper if you have an extended stay but that’s to be expected. The only communication complaint I have is we had to ask the office for the pool/beach code but not that big of a deal. The staff were friendly. I couldn’t get the dvd/vhs combo player to work. Perhaps it needs to be updated since vhs isn’t really relevant anymore. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I’m already considering another trip.

Nice location and pretty unit.

The condo was decorated very nicely and fully stocked with anything utensils, etc. you could image for the kitchen and the rest of the unit. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate all the thought and details for the very nice unit. The only complaint has nothing to do with the unit. The elevators do not work properly and it is something that is hard to deal with. The last night both elevators stopped working at the same time and they finally called in a technician.

Very Nice Condo!

This condo was very nice and super clean. It is tastefully decorated and the furnishings are nice. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in and saw it as we had a negative experience with another condo in the same building last year. Everything went smooth...from the check-in to the check-out. All the details were explicitly explained and very clear. The only suggestions I have are that the remotes (in the living room) need new batteries AND the shower curtain liner in the 2nd bedroom needs changed. It was a nice surprise that there were 4 beach chairs that were practically brand new for us to use. There were 2 in the laundry closet and 2 in the water heater closet. We bought a beach umbrella that we ended up leaving in the laundry closet for other people to share. We could not have been happier with this condo. Thank you for making our vacation extra special with this beautiful and super clean condominium.

Relaxing beach getaway

It was just as described, the location was perfect and the view was amazing. My daughter and i came for relaxing vacation and it was perfect. Whenever we had a question we got a quick response. Check out was easy. Highly recommend and i hope to come back with the whole family!

The Perfect Condo for Our Getaway

What a great condo for a spring getaway. Spacious, well-equipped, tastefully decorated in calm and soothing colors/beach decor and located on a well-groomed beach. Very easy entry. Although the start of spring break, the condo/beach were surprisingly quiet. I loved that the master bedroom had access to the balcony/ocean view as well. If we return to the area, there is no need to scout out a different rental. This one was perfect!

Sunshine Retreat

We visited from Michigan to get away from the cold and gloom and was not disappointed! Beautiful view from the balcony, inside was clean and comfy, and we saw dolphins out our window almost every day! Great shelling on the beach and kids enjoyed the game room. Great size place for the four of us! Thanks for a great stay!

Even better than we had hoped for

I was pleasantly surprised by the communication from the time we made the reservation to prearrival and throughout our stay to checkout. The condo is exactly as pictured but even better in person! It is whimsically furnished with a beach theme, making you truly feel as if you are on vacation. It was more than enough room for the five in my family to stay, with comfortable beds and livingroom furnishings, as well as a large dining room table. We did vacation during an offtime, but the facility itself was very quiet and the beaches were relaxing. And the VIEW!! Amazing!! When we were not listening to the ocean waves from our bedroom or livingroom we enjoyed the three premium satellite TVs. The washer and dryer in the condo were very convenient, as well as the two generous sized bathrooms. It was a short elevator ride down to parking, the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, pool table, sauna, or the beach. The beach with soft white sand is literally right at the front of the hotel and stretches as far as you can see. I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here. The communication was excellent, the condo outstanding, our vacation amazing. I would certainly recommend this unit, and I can't wait to come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was as expected and right in front of the condo, there were sandbars in the ocean making it easier for our 5 year old to enjoy the ocean

Beautiful view and location

Great and beautiful condo at a really good location. The beach wasn't too busy and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean. The building elevators were a bit of a nuisance - only two elevators and it was a bit of a wait at certain times of the day because of traffic. Also, only one roll of toilet paper allocated per bathroom. I was surprised there was no basics like salt or pepper in the kitchen. No extra trash bags and only one dish washer detergent packet. Still a great place - would definitely recommend and would go back. Thanks!
