This condo is wonderful!! Beautifully decorated and well furnished!! Pet friendly right on the beach. This time of year the peninsula and the beach are very quiet which was nice. The property manager, Greg, is very responsive. We had a small issue with the TV in the bedroom. He came over promptly, introduced himself, and took care of the problem. We definitely plan to stay here again.

We loved this location so much our first time, we came for a second stay. We had beautiful weather, we were directly on the private beach, and it is a quiet neighborhood. Ideal for a quiet getaway with our family. The kitchen was a little small for our growing family, but we knew this going in. We brought most of our things to cook most meals, but could have used simple things like cooking spray or aluminum foil which we forgot, and a few more sets of cutlery. There were spices available and plenty of utensils to cook with. The hosts are very helpful and extremely responsive, with restaurant recommendations and anything else you may need. Recommend this property!

The nicest thing about this house, it’s literally 8 wooden steps until your feet touch the sand. Inside was nice could use a few updates. Starting with the Master bedroom mattress and brighter bathroom lighting. We enjoyed our stay. We will return!ThanQ J

We enjoyed our stay ! The house was just right for the two of us and our dog. It was clean, the manager checked on us one time to make sure all was ok. We had neighbors that were very nice and quite themselves like us.

We love this property because it is right on the beach. It has been updated and looked much better than last time we stayed.it would be nice if the sliding doors had screens so you could leave the doors open. Also it needs a deep ckean. But we love it and will definitely go back.

Incredible relaxing vacay!

We have been to Gulf Shores/Fort Morgan several times with our kids. This was the first time as empty nesters and it was perfect. The size was great and the proximity to the beach was even better. 30 steps tops!! Fort Morgan offers more privacy and less crowds. If you’re looking for a small quaint relaxing spot, this is it!

Very relaxing and perfect weather!! The outdoor chairs under the house were busted so could not use. But that didn’t hamper our stay. Missed having a disposal, but we did fine ! So loved our time there.

Easy, chill fall break

We spent a week here with our four young kids and absolutely loved it. It is a very quiet location in a secluded community. It’s about 20 minutes from the excitement of downtown Gulf Shores, but an easy drive for when we wanted to get out for good food or souvenir shopping. The house itself is nicely updated, has all the essentials and just enough space for sleeping, eating, or watching a movie. Our favorite part is you literally cannot get closer to the beach!

Cleanliness ??

The return vent under the eating table is very very nasty!! If this was cleaned it may help with the ac. Also under the couches and beds are also very nasty. You should purchase a swifter sweeper that would help getting under those places. The reason I noticed under the beds and couches is my dogs ball rolled under there so I got down to find it and was surprised by the nastiness.

Rental met our basic needs

Overall the place was suitable. It definitely had a musty odor to it and could use a few hygiene updates (new shower curtain liner - pink mold present, fridge/freezer smelled of fish - more arm and hammer boxes or changed more often). The mattresses were on the firmer side but plenty of beds and pillows provided. An umbrella for the patio would be my only suggestion but maybe its not feasible. The chairs on the patio were nice and comfortable. The chairs down below were broken and cracked but we were thankful for them to have some shade.
