  • Welcome to your dream vacation retreat! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is a coastal paradise, adorned with island décor and offering a host of wonderful features.

    Interior: Two spacious bedrooms provide a tranquil haven for relaxation. The living room is not only inviting but also functional with a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests. The island-inspired décor creates a soothing atmosphere for lounging and taking in the stunning Gulf view.

    The condo features tiled floors throughout, which not only enhance the island-inspired aesthetic but also make cleaning a breeze. Sand from the beach won’t stand a chance!

    Kitchen: Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops, modern backsplash and appliances. Whether you’re whipping up a seafood feast or simply enjoying a quick snack, this kitchen is everything you need.

    There are multiple dining options to suit your preferences. Gather around the dining table for a formal meal or opt for bar seating for a more casual experience. Enjoy your meals while taking in the breathtaking Gulf front views.

    Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves and the beauty of the Gulf. This is the perfect place to unwind, sip your morning coffee, or watch the sunset.

    This condo offers an idyllic setting for your island getaway. Come experience the beauty and relaxation of beachfront living at its finest.

    Island Winds East Units: During Spring Break, mid-May through mid-August, Labor Day, and the Shrimp Festival event, each unit is allotted one (1) parking pass, regardless of its size. Extra parking options are available offsite, and please note that these arrangements may be subject to change.
    On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

    *Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

    For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

We had a very nice stay. Condo is close enough to shops & restaurants that we could walk. Had great Beach service renting the chairs & umbrella. Pool is small but water felt great.

An amazing location

The condo is a perfect location to walk to surf shops, restaurants and the beach! I loved drinking coffee every morning on the balcony and watching the dolphins swim up and down the coast. Choosing this condo hits the “easy button” for a perfect beach getaway.

Great view!

I worked for Hangout Fest 2023. This site was perfect! We could see the back of the main stage from the balcony. Pool was clean, the entire site was clean! I would definitely stay here again!

Overall Poor Conditon

We arrived to a unit that stunk of marijuana and stale wet towels. We had to go buy candles to get rid of the smell but the stale, mildew stale stuck around all week. The walls were half painted in every room due to some wall repairs that weren’t finished and then the patio door lock fell off in my hand. I took it down to the office and they said they would put in a work order but after the whole week it was never fixed. There was mildew built up around the shower faucet as well. I told the front desk about all the concerns as well as contacted Brett Robinson properties who didn’t really seem to care. The photos on this ad are very deceiving. Overall disappointed with the condition of the unit.

Location is Great

This is a very nice property that was cost effective for us. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached which was perfect for two couples. King size bed in one, queen size bed in the other (or maybe it was a full?). Plenty of room. The smaller bathroom could still use a few updates and improved lighting but it is fine for the price. Kitchen is stocked w dishes if needing to cook. Satellite works fine but I sure missed my larger TV. Location is perfect. Walk to most everything in Gulf Shores. We would stay here again.

We loved this cute mostly up to date condo. It is so close to shopping and the hangout. Me and my family had a great time and plan on coming back yearly.
