I really do not like to complain, and maybe you are not aware, but whoever is supposed to clean the home is not doing a good job. The 1st thing we noticed was that the baseboards are coated in a dirty, sticky, thick dust. The sliding glass door handle is about to fall off, and there is a stick to use to lock the slider, and the sliding track is coated in what looks like black mold. In the kitchen, it looks like black mold on the ceiling above the refrigerator, and the dishes were dirty. We literally dumped dirt and bugs out of bowls, and the pots & pans were so old we could not use them and had to eat out every meal unplanned. The downstairs and one upstairs bathroom have cracked tiles and mold. The kitchen table had food and crumbs in the grooves of the table, and it was sticky with grime. There was trash on the little beach area but we picked up We could not use the picnic table on the deck because the divider constantly blew and hit you in the head. Underneath the house could use a good cleaning, too. Cockroaches down there, too. The bedroom upstairs was black with something on the ceiling, and I'm not sure the floor underneath the couches has ever been cleaned. My grandson dropped a toy, and we had to pull the couch out to get it. Unfortunately, my Son, his wife, and their 6-year-old left Sunday morning and got a hotel because my grandson was sick from allergies from dust & mold. He cut his foot on broken tile. Sorry to complain, but it just felt dirty.
