"Thank you again for your hospitality! You were one of the most responsive and considerate hosts I’ve stayed with, and we really appreciated that. "Cort was a great host. The complex lost water due to a water main break and he offered many solutions at no cost to us to help us out. Place was clean with towels and toilet paper which has been rare for our past VRBO stays. Close to the beach but also 4 pools made it nice to have options. Close enough to Pier Park to hang out but far enough away for a quiet night under the stars."

And front door automatic door closer was lose just so you are aware.Loved the proximity to the beach!! Condo had everthing we needed for a great trip!! "

"The place was amazing. It was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. We had 6 teenagers with us and they loved the cornhole boards and the outdoor space. The views are gorgeous and the access to the beach was perfect. The hostess was so accommodating and such a pleasure to talk to. We will definitely be coming back.
