"Located right in the middle of town, we stayed in Kinnoul, larger than anticipated the two floors were wonderfully clean and modern, couldn't have been better. Lovely kitchen area with everything, apart from tea towels so we had to use the hand towel. Some reviews say there is noise but we must have been lucky, maybe neighbouring apartments were uninhabited during our stay, whole place was silent, apart from town clock chiming every quarter hour, which didnt bother us and wasn't through the...

"Excellent stay at Silver Birch. The bed was extremely comfy and the tree house was really well equipped and well furnished. Hot tub was lovely to appreciate the views. Only minor points we would make would be the shower was a little disappointing compared to how luxurious everything else was. Also the spiral stairs to the hot tub felt quite loose, not the safest option. "

"We had a great stay here. The host had wonderful communication before, during, and after our stay. The place is cutely decorated and well stocked. There was plenty of room for my husband and I. There was a dedicated parking spot that was convenient. The area was really quiet while we were there.This was a convenient home base for day trips to Dundee and Glamis. "

"Everything exceeded our expectations. Kate and Cameron were extremely welcoming and the cottage was equipped with everything we could need, plus extra touches. Great advice on local walks and things to do in the area, but also loved the warmth and comfort of the cottage to come back to, particularly the sitting-room with its blankets, board games and DVDs etc! Wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly be back."

"Great place to explore the nearby areas (Pitlochry, Dunkeld). We needed a space for 4 and a Bernese Mountain dog and it was a good size. Place was clean and had everything we needed. Once we figured out the heating system, it was all good. Would happily come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the BBQ."
