Guildford station is within easy walking distance, making travel to London and the wider Surrey countryside simple.



This is a top-floor apartment in a historic building, accessed via two flights of stairs (no lift). Everything is kept simple and hands off, so you can settle in and enjoy your stay.



The Space:

The bright, open-plan living area is designed for relaxing after a day exploring. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped for everything from morning coffee to an evening meal, with a mini fridge under the counter and a mini freezer in the cupboard. The kitchen island doubles as a sociable dining table.



The principal bedroom has a luxurious UK super king bed dressed with cotton linens, a wardrobe and a dedicated workspace (a twin configuration is available for longer stays). The second bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and desk, with lovely views across Guildford's historic rooftops and church. The modern bathroom has a full-size bath with a hand-held shower, fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.



Please note this is a top-floor apartment reached by two flights of stairs, and the windows have no guards, so please keep the locks on and watch children at all times.



Guest Access:

You have full access to the entire apartment during your stay. After booking you will receive a link to your guest portal with everything you need, and your check-in details are sent shortly before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

You are in the heart of Guildford, a short stroll from the historic High Street with its independent shops, restaurants, traditional pubs and cafes. Guildford Castle, the Cathedral and scenic walks along the River Wey are all close by, and Guildford station is within easy walking distance with direct trains to London. As the apartment is central, on busier evenings you may hear some activity from nearby pubs if the windows are open. With the windows closed, most guests find any noise minimal.



Getting Around:

Guildford mainline station is within walking distance, with direct trains to London Waterloo and services across Surrey. Travelling by car, we recommend Millbrook Car Park, a 5-minute walk away, managed via the RingGo app (please download it before you travel). You are welcome to stop briefly outside to unload before moving your vehicle to the car park.



Other Things to Note:

House rules: strictly no parties, no smoking of any kind, no candles, and please no shoes inside. We are unable to host pets. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum between 9pm and 7am. As this is a historic listed building, please keep the curtains closed when using the bath as a shower to avoid any water overflow, and use the coasters and mats provided. The home is managed by IFJ Management, a professional short-let management company. Cleaning, professionally laundered linens and toiletries are all taken care of.



Before Check-In



To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

2) Complete a quick identity verification

3) Choose your preferred damage protection option



For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).
