Holiday Apartment 'Schwarzwald Chalet - Karlshütte' with Mountain View, Private Terrace & Wi-Fi

The apartment was completely renovated in 2024. The living room (“Stüberl”) features an extra-high ceiling and stunning views, inviting you to relax. Amenities include a sofa bed, smart TV, and, if needed, two single beds. In the dining area, you will find a large table and a second sofa bed by the wood-burning stove. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, and a separate drinks fridge. The first bedroom (“Lodge”) has a comfortable double bed and offers a wonderful view of the valley. The second bedroom, the “Koje”, provides two single beds. The bathroom features a walk-in rain shower and a bathtub for relaxing. Underfloor heating keeps the bathroom cozy. The house has its own spring, so you can enjoy your bath with fresh Black Forest spring water. During renovation, original and restored elements were preserved and combined with Swiss pine wood.



Whether you seek relaxation or an active holiday, the Black Forest house is idyllically located between meadows and woods at the foot of Mount Brend (1,149 m above sea level), which, in good weather, offers views as far as Feldberg, Kandel, the Rhine plain, and the Vosges. We made it a priority to preserve the charm of the nearly 200-year-old house while combining it with modern style. On the terrace, there is a charcoal grill and outdoor kitchen. A fire pit with tripod grill is also available. The Blackforest hot tub can be booked in advance for an extra charge.
