The cottage was super cute and cozy. Everything was clean and we had the supplies we needed to cook a nice dinner. Hot tub was heated up when we arrived. It was super easy to drive into town too. We had a lovely weekend.

We so enjoyed this cozy home in the Redwoods

Loved the decor, loved the hot tub, loved the beds, loved the views; very organized and had everything we needed. It was just the two of us (good friends) and we felt safe. It was a part of Guernville that I had never seen before and that was fun too.

The hot tub was not heated to 104, otherwise it seemed to be in good shape/clean. Everything in the home was very clean. The setup of the house is odd, with the bedrooms and bath in a separate space from the living room and kitchen, all connected by the hot tub courtyard. Just quirky. Adequate overall.

Cute house in great location.

We were very happy with this rental. Comfortable beds and a lot of charm. The only things that was a little odd is that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the kitchen/ living room are. Hot tub was a bit noisy through the night and was not hot, but we really liked the home and would definitely stay here again. Great location for going to Jenner, Goat Rock Beach, Armstrong Woods, Healdsburg, in addition to all the things in Guerneville.

Amazing cottage in the woods!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this fantastic little cottage. The lay out is very unique separating the living/kitchen area from the bedrooms/bathroom with the small patio/courtyard with the tub. Very private and secluded location surrounded by beautiful redwoods.

Nice and quiet cottage

Our stay was overall really good.We did get a very wet weekend and we didn't know that to go from the kitchen to the rooms/bathroom we had to pass through the open patio, so we'd get wet and the floor got soaked as we came in and out.Other than that we had a lovely stay! The hot tub worked well, we watched DVDs and were able to prepare all our meals.I'd definitely come back.

Xmas vacation

The place and weather was perfect. The house was clean, organized and had plenty of towels. I love the jacuzzi. The neighbors were really nice. I am a computer person and the wifi was off and on but ita ok, its good to have some nature time also.

Cute cottage. The outdoor chairs in front were very old and worn out. The furniture by the hot tub was dirty from being under the trees but we used one of the sheets and it was fine. was dirty

Serene setting

Lush environment in a serene setting. Just off the Russian river, directly overlooking the ripen fruitful vineyards. Like being in a magical forest everyday. The cottage is well appointed with all the accoutrements necessary for a comfortable stay; clean, pristine, and cozy. A truly enchanting escape.

A quaint property

This cabin is very cute and works for a quiet getaway. There were many things we liked about it. The setup outside was lovely and the hot tub was much appreciated. We did have some challenges with the appliances- they could use an update. We’re not big into streaming so having no television was a bit of a challenge. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!

We loved the location except that it was right across for a vineyard and it was harvest season and while Sonoma county has quiet hours from 10pm - 7am this apparently does not apply to vineyard workers who were driving up and down the road all night long and had spotlights on in the vineyard so they could work all night. The beds had the most comfortable pillows plus having a hot tub was nice to be able to enjoy.

Quirky country Hobbit perch with five star mattresses and pillows

Contrary to previous reviews the wifi connection was great in both buildings and there weren't any musty odors or unstable furnishings. There are a lot of doors for enjoying fresh air and quiet area away from the main road. The bathroom is connected directly to both bedrooms with two doors, which can be awkward if people in your party are fussy. Friendly neighbors and wish we could stay longer than two nights!

We loved the location as it was close to everywhere we planned on visiting and it was nice to have a location with a hot tub to enjoy. The pillows were amazing! The problem with this location is that it is right across from a vineyard and it was harvest season and we got little to no sleep due to the ongoing activity. Workers were driving up and down the road with tractors and in the vineyard there were harvesters with spotlights so it was very busy. The cabin furniture could use some updating and the kitchen and living room area has a very unpleasant smell.

This is a very solid property which we enjoyed quite a bit. The view is nice, the space was clean and quiet, and the hot tub worked. The layout was a bit hard to discern until we arrived, the two queen beds are in one structure with the bathroom, it would be close quarters for two adult couples but was great for us as just one couple, would be great for two separate individuals or a couple with kids. A couple reviews mentioned a smell in the living room, there was a bit of a stale odor but it wasn't bad with windows open, which feels good in this region anyways. The hot tub did work but I had to find the manual online to figure out how to get it to standard mode from sleep mode to heat up.

Great Shabby Chic Cottage

The place was great! Very peaceful with views of a vineyard. One thing to know is that there is NO HEAT. I missed the memo on that one so my first night was really cold. Thank god for the hot tub! There are also a ton of extra blankets and comforters. Luckily town is just a few minutes away so I was able to get supplies for the wood stove the next day. Kitchen is fully equipped. Another thing to note is the smell of sulfur when using the hot water. No big deal. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would go again!
