LOVED the house, so beautiful and amazing location and would come back in a heart beat. We never figured out how to use the front door, and used the side entrance the whole time and did wish there were more utensils, plates and cooking ware since we had a large group. Overall loved every minute and none of us wanted to leave!

What an amazingly beautiful house! My daughter got married in the Armstrong Woods. This house was the perfect place for for my husband and I along with our daughter's grandparents and siblings. Huge beautiful kitchen and so many other amenities we didn't even have an opportunity to use. Our host was extremely friendly and reached out when we had a question. Hope to come back again!

Everything was lovely. Do need to fix the chandelier in the dining room; existing lighting was not bright enough. It rained everyday and was cold so we couldn’t really enjoy the porch which looks very cozy. Very close to many activities and grocery store. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. Great!

Beautiful home! Perfect location and arrangement. Our family of 12 loved it. The amenities were perfect for us! Check in and out was very easy. The one big gripe I have to say is that the bathrooms need remodeling badly. There’s a mix of hot and cold with mold in the showers.

Roomy older home

It was a nice big older home with lots of room. Kitchen was nice! Extra beds are rollaways with limited linens. Beautiful location and decks.

Nice, spacious property

My grown children and their families spent Christmas here. There was plenty of space for everyone. The large, well-stocked kitchen was also very nice. Everyone enjoyed the sauna and hot tub as well

The home was charming. We wish the mold in the small shower in the room connected to the library had been cleaned off.Also, the pots and pans in the kitchen really need to be replaced . The food stuck to them and they were hard to clean.Otherwise everything was nice. Our large family had a good time!

Perfect spot for family gathering

We were in town for a family wedding and this house was the perfect size for 10 of us. Everyone had bedroom/bathroom. The house had everything we needed and great location to Russian river, Pacific coast, wineries etc. Very clean and welcoming. We loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!

Great Time at a Beautiful Property

Property and house are lovely. Despite running out of propane and warm water and being cold, we made the best out of it. The owner refunded some money back and was responsive andprofirewood, which we used up.

Elopement celebration

We celebrated our daughter’s elopement and hosted a family gathering at the house. The house was spacious and had plenty of rooms for us. We enjoyed dinners out on the side deck and our dogs enjoyed their stay as well. The place was clean except for the hot tub- we were hoping to use the hot tub but it was dirty and while the maintenance person did come on our second day, it was still not ready to use. Other than that, the house was perfect for our celebration.
