The 134 m² house (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets) accommodates up to 7 guests. All furniture, appliances, and bedding are new. Each bedroom features motorized shutters and built-in wardrobes. The house and ground floor are accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
