Large Vacation Home - Near Saint-Lary-Soulan - 4 Ears

In the High Pyrenees, in the Aure valley, large detached house completely renovated. The cottage is located in the village of Guchen, 5kms from the large ski and mountain resort of Saint-Lary-Soulan and close to 3 others, Peyragudes, Piau Engaly and Val Louron but also the Great Sites of Midi Pyrénées, Pic du Midi, Pyrenees National Park, Néouvielle Nature Reserve, Lourdes, Pont d'Espagne, Cirque de Gavarnie... It is an ideal holiday place for a family gathering, family reunion, with friends, sports clubs or others... At the foot of the Arbizon you will discover the mountains in all their forms and in all seasons. Set off on unforgettable hikes to discover the forgotten village of Ousten, the village of Aulon and its angora goat farms or the barn village of Urgue or by bike for the mythical passes of the Tour de France, the hourquette d'Ancizan, the Col d'Aspin, d'Azet or even Peyresourde, Tourmalet or Portet... taste the water through different activities, fishing, white water, canyoning... or the air with a baptism or an introductory course... without forgetting the guaranteed change of scenery with Spain 30 minutes away...

The house consists of 3 levels, including:

- First floor: Entrance on the street side, 1 toilet, 1 spacious fully equipped kitchen, 1 adjoining pantry with 1 large refrigerator, 1 wardrobe freezer, 1 washing machine and 1 dryer, 1 large dining room opening onto a terrace of about 30 m² and a garden of 300 m² with swimming pool.

- 1st floor: 1 master bedroom (queen size bed - 160x200) opening onto a large shower room, shower, double sink and 1 separate toilet, 1 reading area/library. 1 bedroom, children's/teenagers' area, with 3 single beds, 2 of which are bunk beds, 1 mezzanine with 3 single beds. 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200). 1 bathroom (shower and sink) and 1 toilet.

- 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed (140x190), 1 bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), 1 bathroom (bath and double sink) and 1 toilet.

View of the mountains from all rooms - 1 private parking space in front of the house (unless heavy snow) and 1 municipal parking at 30 m - very quiet location.

On your arrival, make sure that everything is compliant and let us know of any problems within 48 hours, after your departure we will make an inventory of fixtures and get back to you within 24 hours. Thank you for respecting the rental which has just been completely renovated.

Rental is available depending on the period, at the weekend (2 nights minimum) and during school holidays we prefer a minimum duration of 6 days.

Linen is provided: sheets, duvet covers (beds made on arrival), towels and dish towels.

The cleaning fee is 270 €uros.

At the end of your stay, you will be asked to pay a fee, unmake the beds and deposit the folded sheets as well as the towels, bath mats and dish towels in the cellar, clean the drains in the bathrooms and toilets, tidy the house, empty the garbage cans and put away the dishes after washing them, clean the kitchen especially the cooking appliances, plancha, cleaning the fireplace...
