Me gusto : Limpieza, orden seguridad, amabilidad, tranquilidad, comidas deliciosas, la playa super limpia. No Me Gusto : Comunicación con la recepción muy deficiente. No funciono el agua caliente. Se daño una chapa y me dejo cerrada una habitación por varias horas.

Limpieza bien, equipos de apartsmento desde puerta de entrada, en malas condiciones. Regadera principal mal. Nunca encontre agua de beber tal como estaba en lo ofertado, cafe un sobre para 4 personas. Deben mejorar los apartamentos ensu mantenimiento basico

Nice place to stay
Smooth check in and attentive hosts. Construction in the area made transportation a small challenge, but this was outside of the control of the site. Excellent pools and good restaurant. Beautiful view of the beach.

Xeliter is great. We have stayed at the complex 6 times, but unit 3-43 was in very bad shape. Not only dirty with spiderwebs in every corner but also a térmites problem in the doors and door frames, etc. Specially the main bedroom bathroom. But the worse was the leak on the second bathroom ceiling. The bathroom was flooded, everything wet, maintenance came for some time. They “fixed it” until that night it got worse. We left the next day. Regardless I would say Karina (cleaning lady) was very helpful and Luis was nice and helpful doing our check in and check out. Service and food alternatives at Coco’s restaurant not like before. Some waiters like Lloel, try to be helpful but they badly need training and the place cries hard for Management. So sad all of this is happening at a place we have liked for so long.

Outrageous view from the apartment balcony. The CLEAN private beach with plenty of beds and lounge chairs available at all times. There is beach restaurant. Very very secured safe place.

My ac broke and I didn’t have any hot water. I was told I couldn’t hug my girlfriend by the pool area because their were children around. Check in is extremely late and the staff was not conscious of the fact I had to wait 4 hours in a lobby to check in. Not recommending this hotel at all

It’s not a good place to go and spend your time and money you have to pay for the electricity and it’s not a hotel or resort the bed sheets were very dirty and when you asked them to change the bed sheets they would bring dirty ones from another apartment the pools and beach were amazing BUT the jakuzi was cold. The staff was not nice and they do NOT speak any English we got tricked and I don’t want anyone else to get tricked. DON’T BOOK IT!!!!!!!!!!!

This 2 bedroom apartment was stunning! The open kitchen looks into the living room and the balcony. We had a direct view of the beautiful pool and beach which we took advantage of every day and night. The service at the restaurant was really great. We also ordered room service and it was pretty fast. The beach was pretty tame and very clean. We absolutely loved our stay and will be returning! Another convenience was that there was a colmado and various restaurants right across the street.

Excellent setting with beautiful views and easy access to beach and pools. Many local establishments were within easy walking distance. Staff and residents were all very friendly. Very nice beach furniture. Everything was neat and clean. And finally, there was a local establishment across the street to assist you with booking excursions. I would highly recommend this property and location.

This property is absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean and well decorated condos with all the needs cover. Fully equipped Kitchen. Steak house restaurant onsite was excellent and inexpensive. Beautiful beach, close to the airport and Santo Domingo. All the staff, from the front desk, to the Head of housekeeper (Flor), went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Stay at Xeliter
We stayed at a very spacious and modern apartment at Xeliter. This place is a residential complex with a few towers that are mostly owned by private people, under management by Marbella group. There is a large swimming pool and a Jacuzzi on premises steps from the beach. The beach is extremely clean and equipped with beach chairs and umbrellas. There is a restaurant/bar near the pool serving great food all day including breakfast. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are looking for high end privacy this is your place.

Getting the property to confirm my reservation thru expedia was very aggravating. Called the property every hour since 1pm to 3pm. Everytime i called. Staff told me to give them my number and they will call me back to confirm my reservation. (I didnt want to drive to the property without making sure a room was available for me. I had to call expedia around 3:30pm so that they can help me confirm my booking. An expedia customer service person told me they will take care of it and call me back. Since the hotel could not verify the reservation and marbella staff told expedia to give them acouple of minutes. After i hung up from expedia customer service. In 2 minutes marbella staff called me to confirm. 10 mins later expedia called to make sure problem was solve. When i arrived, staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in tower 4 (5th floor, room 08). Staff took my luggage up to the room. Another staff waited with fruit punch drinks by the apt door. Apartment is a beautiful 2 bedroom. 1 queen and 1 queen and a bunk bed in second room. Views are amazing from balcony. Right in front center of pool and beach. Overall. A very nice place! Clean and well decorated.

When we first arrived the condo that we reserved didnt have enough beds for all of us, I had payed for a two bedroom which I had called the Marbella and cheap tickets to verify that it had two full/queen size beds in each room and was told by both parties that thats what i would be getting. when I arrived the condo did have 4 beds but two were twin size which made it difficult for all of us to fit. But Cristian and Angel the guys that were working that night were very helpful and we were able to move us to a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom condo with no problem. Everyone was very attentive and nice. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this place for anyone traveling to the DR. Due to the misunderstanding the Marbella gave us complimentary room service and would check in every day to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

A week at Marbella
Never having been to the DR before we decided to spend our first trip there at Marbella. No regrets .. we spent our week in a 2 BR with a fantastic ocean view. Plenty of AC and hot water, comfortable beds and fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking and mixing up cold cocktails. A very convenient location with a small supermarket within walking distance as well as several local restaurants with great food and wonderful people. Walking the streets at night we felt completely safe ... overall a wonderful experience both at Marbella as well as our and about in Juan Dolio. A great place to get away and chill.

The service of the security was very bad ethic. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
We got switched to 3 different apartments on the night of our check in because there was a problem in all of them! The 3 one was dirty, smelled horrible no hot water, phone wasn’t working and on top of that when I asked how I’m suppose to order breakfast or call if there’s an emergency one of the employees said “use your cell phone” I told him I lived in the U.S and I would get charged roaming and he processed to yell at me! That was just our experience on the first night! Next day Managers came to my door to “apologize” and said this has never happened here.. which is a lie because the reviews say other wise... later that night my mom opens the cleaning closet and a RAT was in there almost jumped on her! When I called downstairs the front desk girls response was “yea, that’s common here” EXCUSE ME??!!!! at this point I’ve had enough!! I went downstairs to speak to a manager & of course, there wasn’t anyone available.. I called Expedia to ask for my money back and they said they couldn’t do anything until they spoke to the manager who of course wasn’t available.. honestly I wouldn’t stay here again even if they paid me!!!
