BEAUTIFUL VILLA!!! Our daughter and son-in-law chose his hometown of Los Llanos for their wedding location. Never heard of the place and did not know where to start the planning process. We decided to book a place to stay first. We came across this villa and contacted the host Nikki. After discussing the villa and sharing our wedding dilemma, Nikki provided detailed information about the area and nearby venues. Nikki suggested the Guavaberry Golf Clubhouse, she also contacted the management team on our behalf. Olived Gonzalez at Guavaberry scheduled a video tour of the venue. After the video tour, we scheduled an in-person tour with Olived. He was very patient during the booking process and recommended 3 event planners. Jord Flores y Eventos had the best reviews. We scheduled an appointment with Jord Flores and met with Yuliza Monsanto. Yuliza offered to plan the entire wedding and was too good to be true; therefore, we asked Nikki if she was familiar with the company. Nikki researched the company and assured us it was a legit business. We hired Yuliza Monsanto to plan the wedding. She EXCEEDED our expectation; the wedding was beautiful, I cried. The online pictures do not capture the inside and outside beauty of the villa. The villa was clean, well-equipped, and huge. I cannot count the number of emails Nikki answered. The groom’s family rented a nearby villa that was smelly and had horrible customer service. Nikki offered to assist with the other villa

Lo peor cómo lugar para ir a descansar, pésimo servicio, no recomiendo éste lugar.
Realmente no recomiendo éste lugar, me gustó la ubicación y la casa es my bonita pero el servicio es pésimo, un día completo sin agua, durmiendo con mucho calor porque los breaker se disparaban a cada 15 minutos y los aires se apagaban, el anfitrión no estaba presente para cualquier pregunta o necesidad, en una ocasión dijo que si queriamos que el fuera a la villa teníamos que pagarle porque ese era su día libre, fue lo peor como servicio así que no la recomiendo!.

Michael, we’re so happy that you enjoyed the villa and its location. And we are so sorry about the timing of this inconvenience during your stay. Unfortunately, a city wide power outage occurred which then caused a power surge once restored. This was out of our control. It caused issues with the breakers thereby tripping the air conditioners . Water service to the villa also relies on electricity. Our wonderful villa employee came to assist on 3 different occasions. We were readily available by phone and text during the entirety of your stay and handled these issues as swiftly as possible. We sent help over on a Sunday during a National Holiday weekend. Again, we do sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your stay as a result of the power outage. We couldn’t have foreseen this issue. We would love the opportunity to have you back for a free night of your choosing, as we understand the inconvenience it caused.

A WOW experience 🥰
Everything about this experience was phenomenal, from the beginning with Nikki helping me sort out the rental details & answering my silly questions at 4am!!! Down to the one and only Salomon who really made our time in the villa incredibly smooth, fun & quite the experience. Salomon directed us whenever we needed help with anything even as simple as ice or where to go to find our Covid test! He was patient and always willing to help. I must say If you’re ever planning a trip to the Dominican Republic I suggest staying in this villa that is in the center of anywhere you’d like to travel and far enough to enjoy some private time with friends & family! Anything you need this villa has it, jacuzzi & pool .. BBQ section & even a wonderful cleaning service! I can’t rave enough thank you for money well spent! This was an amazing trip one of the first places I’d return to. Thank you Nikki & Salomon

Nikki and her team are exceptional…phenomenal communication with Nikki, always available…pictures doesn’t do the property Justice ❤️ many noticeable upgrades from our 1st stay in 2016…Our House #1 for our annual Golf ManCation…Nikki you’re the best and we will see you in 2023!!

Very large spacious villa.
Checking was flexible Duane the owner was there to greet us and show us around. He did not have to do much showing because this was my 5th time staying at his villa, so that's saying alot!

Home Away From Home
The 2019 Golf ManCation was a success!! We started renting this property in 2016 & have never looked anywhere else for another property to host our annual golf ManCation. Nikki and her team are amazing, gracious, and service oriented. As usual, it was a sad day when it came time to leave; the bright side, we will be back in 2020!!

Wonderful house, owners, and staff
We stayed at this property with a group of 14 high school boys on a baseball-service trip to the DR and it was fantastic. After spending time in the middle of San Pedro, hours on a hot field, and after working hard at an orphanage, our boys loved coming home to the space and luxury of the Villa. Nikki operates the listing and was very available when there was an issue, but so were other people like William, the local guy who manages check-in and check-out, and Solomon the groundskeeper. If you can get to know Solomon, make sure to do it! We saw other members of the staff/ownership throughout the week, not in a way that felt overbearing, but rather as a presence that was ready to help us with anything we needed. The house was large and spacious. When anything wasn't operative (we had an issue one night with ceiling fans downstairs for example) they were on it instantly the next day. You want guidance in starting the fantastic, giant outdoor charcoal grill? Just ask. The house is private and luxurious with no neighbors in visible sight. They have a large speaker by the pool just asking you to play music. Naturally our high school boys loved this. We didn't play any golf, but the course has to be one of the most beautiful courses on the island. I wished I wasn't leading a group of high school boys and had time to golf! We stayed in Metro Country Club last year, and although also nice, the Guavaberry house was in better condition and more private than the one we stayed in over there. We hope that Nikki and her team are still renting this house out next year and willing to accommodate us! Thanks again! Mark

Family Vaca 2018
Nice property and it comes with a bonus dog :) We loved having Cafe as part of our family for the week. Nikki was great to work with to get the property confirmed and she was super responsive to all our questions, both before and during the trip. Great staff - from meeting William on arrival and Solomon who is the house caretaker on-site to Jessica (sorry if I am getting her name wrong) who cleans. Very kind and friendly. Like any vacation, there were a couple minor glitches - but response to all issues were addressed quickly. The house has plenty of space to spread out and plenty of options for where to enjoy the day - by the pool was our favorite. Being in a gated, golf course community made us feed safe and secure during our stay. Thanks Nikki for taking care of us!

Wow! What a way to start the new year!!
What an awesome 2018 Golf ManCation!! Hats off to Nikki and her team...this is our 3rd year in a row renting this property for our annual Golf ManCation. Loved the upgraded showers and upgraded Wi-Fi. 👍🏽 See you in 11 months!!

I booked this Mansion for a mini vacation during Easter vacation. The place is amazingly the same as the pictures. But when you are there is when you feel out of this world. The service was Great. I really want to thank Nikki, Solomon, Jocelyn and William. My family was so happy and so relaxed that they said for the next vacation they would rent it again.... hope to see you guys soon! And anyone looking for a place to rent relaxing, quiet, private, very well taken care of and lovely this is your Place!

Awesome As Expected
This was our 2nd consecutive year renting this villa for our annual Golf ManCation. This is our House #1 where everyone gathers for lunch and dinner. The convenient location allows us to stop, recharge w/beverages and a snack before making the turn!! Amazing property...if pictures are worth 1,000 words, there's at least 1,000 good words for each pic posted!! We look forward to renting the property again for our 2018 Golf ManCation. Best Golf ManCation - Awesome Time Had By All
Since 2004, myself and a group of golfers have been traveling to the Caribbean to golf in January. Our 2016 Golf ManCation was one for the ages. Absolutely, spectacular home! Ideal location on the 9th fairway of Guavaberry Golf & Country Club. With the gazebo Presidente Refrigerator stocked with Presidente Lights and water, we were able to reload with beverages and the cook had sandwiches for us to pick and take with us. What can I say about Nikki? Remarkable!! From beginning to end she was an absolute pleasure to interact with, very easy to deal with & very responsive. Awesome property!!
