The Neighborhood:

Located in one of the most charming areas of Guarujá, surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches on the São Paulo coast.

Near the house, there's a lookout point with panoramic ocean views, perfect for watching the sunset.

Just 1 minute from Pernambuco Beach, with calm waters and a family-friendly atmosphere, and 4 minutes from Mar Casado Beach, famous for its natural pool that forms at low tide.

About 20 minutes from Iporanga Beach, one of the best-preserved beaches in the region, with controlled access and lush nature.



Getting Around:

Easy access for both those arriving by car and public transportation.

- By car: The property is located on a quiet and safe street, approximately 15 minutes from the Santos ferry, with parking available in front of the house.

- By intercity bus: The Guarujá bus station is approximately 20 minutes away by car or taxi.

- Local public transportation: Bus stops are nearby, providing easy access to various beaches and local businesses.

- Taxis and ride-hailing apps are readily available, making it convenient to get around Guarujá.



Other Things to Note:
