On the ground floor, a large living room features a dining table and television, with direct access to the garden. A studio space also opens onto the garden. This level includes 3 double bedrooms, each furnished with 1 double bed, with one of these rooms also providing direct access to the garden. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and likewise opens to the garden. The ground floor bathrooms consist of 1 room with a bath, bidet, and WC, and 1 room with a shower, bidet, and WC.
The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and features a large living room with an open-hearth fireplace, designated for decorative purposes only, along with a dining table and television, with access to a 35 square metre terrace. This level contains 2 double bedrooms, each with 1 double bed, and an open kitchen that opens onto the terrace. The upper floor bathrooms comprise 2 rooms each fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
