Buena urbanización

Apartamento nuevo, muy amplio con una terraza grande y unas vistas al mar espectaculares en una urbanización muy tranquila con piscina. Hay que desplazarse en coche a la playa y al pueblo pero merece la pena.

Cela aurait pu être PARFAIT, sauf que le Wi-Fi annoncé dans l’annonce était manquant. De plus, la place de parking en sous-sol était inaccessible, en raison des autres véhicules empiétants en face, rendant la manœuvre impossible.

Fabulous property. Wonderful balcony and view to the sea. We enjoyed the pool and fitness room. Air conditioning was great so we were cool even in 40 degrees.

God lejlighed og god strand

Rigtig pæn lejlighed hvor der ikke mangler noget. Fantastisk udsigt og rart med en stor balkon, da det er der man er mest. Træningsrummet var ok men ikke optimalt. Godt poolområde både inde og ude. Helt fantastisk sandstrand i gåafstand. Byen var lille og lidt stille og nogle butikker og restauranter lukket men måske pga. Årstiden (oktober). Vi lejede bil så vi også kunne komme til de andre byer og opleve mere.

Late summer break

The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony giving lovely views of the Med, it was clean and comfortably furnished, the outside pool and garden are well kept, there was adequate furniture although maybe not enough in high season. The beach is a 15 minute walk and 25 minutes or so in to the centre of Guardamar, there is lots of free parking if you wanted to drive. Whilst the apartment itself scores a solid 5 there were things that overall made it a 4, firstly check in was 6 pm, which is rather late, there is no information in the apartment about the resort, area, nearest shop etc, there are no beach towels or beach equipment provided, nor are there any “basic” items ie. cleaning products, washing up liquid etc and just the one sun lounger on the balcony. These are all small issues which can easily be put right, although they didn’t detract from what is a lovely apartment

Not as described

The property is nice and clean. You will need a car as nothing is close, with only 1 set of keys you will all need to stick together as thereafter 3 locked doors to get through each time you enter building and another one for pool area. There is no WiFi or international tv send a note to owner who ignored request for WiFi . You are encouraged not to use appliances by having a power limit so if you put in cooker and washing machine the power trips, same having a bath there is no plug. Also the view is of 2 cranes and a noisy building site right out side property not mentioned and they work every day starting at 7 am. Overall plenty of much better places to stay also owner has flat up for sale

2019 Summer family holiday

Nice high quality apartment. Having to go out of the complex and back through another gate to the pool not a problem at all - it only means walking a further 10 yards. Would have preferred it to be a little bit closer to the main part of Guardamar, but it was still only a 10-15 walk.

Mooi appartement met naar na smaakje.

Appartement was prima, alleen koude wind op het balkon. Naar na smaakje was, toen we thuis kwamen kregen we bericht dat we €200 borg niet terug kregen . Omdat 2 dingen kapot waren, ( was bij binnen komst al kapot) en omdat wij ( 2 mensen van 72) de muur met graffiti vol hadden gesmeerd. Bericht terug gestuurd, waarop niet is gereageerd.

Winter sunshine

We stayed in the apartment for 2 months. It is as described, a beautiful apartment with quality fittings and very comfortable and clean. The view is spectacular, it was a joy to wake up to the sunrise, with the sun on the terrace, although shady in the afternoon. The indoor pool, spa and sauna were very well looked after. We felt secure at all times. The apartment is well placed, Guardamar has many restaurants, shops and markets nearby, and we can recommend it.

Nice apartment

The apartment was lovely, very modern and has everything you could wish for in terms of gadgets etc. However I think had a known the following I would not have booked. 1. The apartment has no direct access to pool. You have to exit the property then enter using a different door. The apartment is on the fourth floor so if you need to use the toilet you have a lot of going backward and forward. 2. I could be wrong but this seemed like a residential complex or holiday complex for the mainly Spainsh families not a big problem if you children as it was school holidays in Spain however we didn't know this and the pool was mobbed from midday to midnight with screaming kids no chance of any peace and tranquility when reading on the balcony. 3. Inside pool was out of use. Therefore we spent no time at the complex and this turned out to be a beach holiday for us which wasn't entirely what we wanted. Local town is a short walk has everything in terms of food and bars etc. Not the prettiest walk as the complex is separated by the main road to get to beach etc. Overall it was OK but wouldn't stay again.

Logement très agréable, luxueux et vue inoubliable. A proximité de tous commerces et plages (10 mn à pieds ) informations importantes le jacuzzi et piscine intérieure ne sont disponibles qu'à partir d'octobre. En contrepartie piscine et jacuzzi extérieure. Julia accueil très sympathique et logement très propre, calme, silencieux, agréable. Le rêve

Magnifiques vacances !!!!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans une très belle résidence ( piscine, jacuzzi,...). L'appartement est très bien équipé, spacieux avec en plus une terrasse avec vue imprenable sur la mer. Une location que nous recommandons vivement. Merci Nagore pour ces superbes vacances.

Wow exactly as advertised

The location was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of utensils. Julia met us even though we were an hour late due to the lines at the rental car place. After showing us all around the resort she then showed us the supermarket and a great restaurant. We drove to the beach (although we could have walked maybe 15 minutes) there was plenty of parking there. The beds were very comfortable. We would have liked to have a bit warmer weather but that is not controllable. Very easy to get to from the airport. Thanks for a great stay.

Schöne hochwertig eingerichtete Wohnung

Wohnung mit Außenterrasse liegt in einer gehobenen Wohnanlage mit Außen- und Innenschwimmbad. Auch Kinderspielplatz, ein eingezäuntes Tennisfeld und ein Fitnessraum zur Allgemeinbenutzung verfügbar. Terrasse nicht verglast. Toller Ausblick. Nur spanische Fernsehprogramme erfügbar, jedoch kann man die HDMI-Anschlüsse für Computer oder andere Geräte nutzen. Unser Fazit: Sehr zu empfehlen

Great place to stay

We had a great time. The appartment is big and well equipped, the views from the balcony over Guardamar and the coast are awesome. We highly recommend this accommodation for a stay in the area.

Great property close to the beaches. Nice large apartment with everything you need for a week away. The pool facilities are great and as it was off-peak season the resort was almost empty. Would definitely return again!
