Base Rate: Includes 6 guests.

A supplemental fee of $35 per extra guest applies for the 7th and 8th guest (maximum occupancy of 8 guests).

The property has exterior security cameras that monitor the entrances and common outdoor areas, including walkways and shared spaces. Cameras record only exterior zones for guest safety. No cameras are placed inside the apartment.



Guests are welcome to enjoy the space for their private activities, provided they notify us in advance and all participants are registered guests with approved reservations.
