"This was a delightful property furnished with everything needed for a comfortable stay and with lovely grounds, splendid views and a good swimming pool. The particular attraction for us was having a property with parking but also within walking distance of the historic town of Todi and its many restaurants and attractions. "This apartment was truly amazing, as was Simone! I can't think of anything I would have wanted that wasn't here. It was as beautiful ad it looked in the photos, even better! Great location, comfy bed, spacious bathroom,you name it, it was here. I can't say enough about the host, Simone! He even saved me by calling a cab for me when i messaged him and just couldn't walk anymore to return from san Damiano. It was my best rental ever! Grazie, Simone! Andrea"

"This is a very nice apartment in a great location with many great restaurants, bars, ice-cream places within a minute walk. It's large, light, clean and has a well-appointed kitchen. Bathrooms were also modern and clean. The host is very friendly, and left us alone while we were there. We would certainly like to stay here again next time."

Peu de lumière naturelle vu la taille des fenêtre de l’époque mais on ne peut pas tout avoir. Giana est très accueillante et au petit soin pour le petit déjeuner au top !"

"We spent wonderful week there. The hosts are very welcome and ready to give you any help you need. The place is quiet and there is beautiful panorama from the taras. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. The jacuzzi is also amazing thing on top of it. It's a good base for visiting many places in Umbria. It's possible to get from the house to provincionale road in 7 minutes."

"Even though this house was out of the way it was comfortable, spacious and provided us with a serene space after each day of sight seeing and travel in both Umbria and Tuscany. It was just what we were looking for to accomodate our family group and we enjoyed many good times. The siting of the apartment was a plus as we were able to witness beautiful sunrises and sunsets from our eyrie."

"If you want a quiet, low key rental villa in Umbria centrally located to Assisi, Spello, Montefalco and Spoleto, this is perfect.
