"My family stayed at this charming house. Everything in the house was so nice. It’s actually a row house, so there was plenty of room. The host was a delight and welcomed us with drinks and delicious homemade bread and food. We felt quite at home and comfortable in this lovely place. "Abbiamo soggiornato dal 21 al 25 di agosto.Il cottage è molto bello, si trova in una posizione decentrata ma con una bellissima vista e in macchina si riescono a raggiungere bene i vari punti di interesse.La piscina seppur piccola offre un’ottima vista panoramica, ideale per non più di 4 persone.Nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza e la consiglio per chi ricerca un posto isolato e tranquillo per staccare dalla città, speriamo di ritornare presto!"

If you are driving to Assisi, it is better to park (Saba Giovanni Paolo II) in the public parking lot and walk to the apartment than to try and drive to the apartment. "As a follow guest said to me, some places do not live up to the pictures on the Internet, however, this Villa exceeded the online presence. Great location to relax by the lakeside. It has access to all you need, wineries, golf, shopping and Tourism. Easy access to Montepulciano, Perugia, Assisi, etc. We have travelled to Italy several times and this location and Villa have been the best."

"We loved everything about our stay. Todi is a picture perfect hill town with wonderful people and restaurants. The property was a short (but steep) walk to the main piazza where we had great meals and the best gelato just a short stroll down the main shopping road. We were so excited to stay in an 800 year old house. It is a special place and the back patio with its unbelievable view was peaceful and relaxing.
