Overprized low-mediocre experience
"The facilities are so-so for an overprized stay. The service at the counter are always nice, but that's all. No one will follow simple instructions as "do not enter my room" and the dinner service is awfull. They can have you sitting there the whole night and not deliver your order."

"Well we stayed family of 3 for 3 nights. Delightful staff, restaurant, Japanese and Captains, and great coffee each morning! Nice views, comfortable lobby, very welcoming."
