Modern apartment-house in the city center

Our modern duplex is centrally located in Grünstadt, a town surrounded by vineyards, directly above our store “Das Stoffatelier” on the pedestrian street. Numerous cafés, restaurants, shops, and the tourist information office (approx. 100 m) are within easy walking distance. The location is ideal for exploring the Palatinate and its wine villages—by car, bike, or train. Perfect for couples or business travelers who appreciate comfort and convenience.

The bright duplex vacation apartment on the second floor can accommodate up to four people. The bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm), while the converted attic offers two cozy single beds (90x200 cm).

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and all essential kitchen utensils.

A staircase leads from the living room to the attic, which provides access to a small loggia (rooftop terrace) with a view over the city’s rooftops. There’s also a balcony off the living room—perfect for winding down in the evening.

A washing machine and dryer are available for free use in the building. Please note that the apartment is accessible only by stairs (no elevator).

For babies, we provide a crib, playpen, and high chair upon request. However, the apartment is not childproof; therefore, we ask that you contact us in advance if you have children aged 1–7. Pets are not allowed.

Our guests enjoy the apartment all to themselves. Bicycles or motorcycles can be securely parked in the locked courtyard during your stay.

The apartment includes a free parking space a short distance away. You may pull up briefly right in front of the apartment for loading and unloading.
